Corsican beautiful house near the sea (4 km) on two floors, in charming village. Composed of three bedrooms (ideal for 5 or 6 people), a living room dining room, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Wireless.
Five minutes from the beautiful beach of Anghione (sand). Many activities nearby during the summer season. One hour of Balagne and Porto Vecchio, 30 minutes from Bastia and Cap Corse. Horseback riding on the beach, mountain hiking, seaside restaurants, theme nights (karaoke, Corsican songs, etc ..). Ideal for family holidays in a Corsican village.

Altes Haus mit Esprit mit super Aussicht

Das Haus dürfte Ende 19. Jahrhundert erbaut worden sein. Die Schlösser sind noch solide Handarbeit aus dieser Zeit. Das Haus besteht aus 4 Etagen und 4 Wohnungen mit je eigener Eingangstür. Im Erdgeschoss wohnen jüngere Männer, die meist zwischen 2-4 Uhr nach Hause kommen. Das 3. OG war nicht vermietet. Das 1. und 2. OG wird als eine Fewo über 2 Etagen vermietet. Die beiden Etagen sind nur über das Treppenhaus verbunden. Im 1. OG sind 2 Schlafzimmer und das Bad mit Toilette. Im 2. OG ist das "Elternschlafzimmer" mit Wohnzimmer und Küche. Die Betten sind gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch ist das Geschirr sehr knapp bemessen, wie z.B. gibt es keine Dessertteller. Eine Grundausstattung wie Geschirrspülmittel oder Salz, ... ist vorhanden. Es gibt keine Adresse für die Wohnung oder der Vermieterin. Eine Vereinbarung von Ort und Zeit (z.B. 18 Uhr an der Post) für die Schlüsselübergabe via eMail ware nicht möglich bzw. wurde ignoriert. Eine Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin auf englisch oder deutsch ist nicht möglich. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Abnahme war dann problemlos. Die Straße durch das Dorf ist sehr eng. Parkplatzsituation ist SEHR angespannt!!!
