Biarritz Anglet, Villa with Heated Pool!

The Pool is heated to make sure you'll enjoy it also in may, june and septembe!
Ideally located in Anglet, next to Biarritz, this wonderful house will welcome you on it's two floors. You'll enjoy being in a perfectly quiet environment and yet only 3 minutes drive to many beaches, the center of Biarritz with it's restaurants and shops, and two beautiful golfs.
The house is fully equipped with the latest appliances and great comfort. All Beds are new and of great quality to ensure good resting nights.
Decoration is exotic and original as we are flight attendants and took advantage of our traveling to make our house very cosy.
This is our home the rest of the year so you won't be disappointed.
The POOL is in the garden in front of the veranda. You'll enjoy eating by the Pool and it makes watching the kids very easy.
Of course the Pool is equipped with the kids safety alarm according to the new French law.
It is also equipped with a "swim against the stream" for those whom enjoy a little sport. 3 bedrooms Plus a fully equiped studio, 3 bathrooms.
Finally the house was fully redone last year so it is in perfect condition.

Casa molto grande e ben fornita. Ottima per 10 persone e 2 cani, con ampio giardino e piscina per i bimbi. Suggerisco solo di aggiungere un paio di pentole grosse per la pasta!

Jolie maison au fond d'une impasse, très calme. Piscine agréable dans un jardin bien abrité. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui nous ont donné leurs bonnes adresses. La maison mériterait un petit rafraichissement (peintures, papiers peints) mais est très confortable, très bien équipée (plancha, piano de cuisson, machine espresso, 3 salles d'eau...) et décorée avec goût et personalité.

Maison agréable à vivre, notamment les extérieurs (jardin, piscine). Piscine bien sécurisée pour les enfants. Nombreux équipements (plancha, barbecue, table ping pong, vélos avec siège enfant, jeux pour enfants, plusieurs machines à laver, séchoir). Bien située (entre Anglet océan et de Biarritz). Propriétaire très chaleureux et disponible. Seuls inconvénients: maison mitoyenne, une chambre traversante (mais qui peut servir pour les enfants), et une chambre qui mériterait une rénovation. Très agréable séjour.

Notre maison est mitoyenne par l'arrière, se sont les deux parties nuits qui le sont. Elles sont PARFAITEMENT ISOLÉES. Élodie conviendra que l'on n'entend ni ne voit les voisins. Toute la partie vie, séjour, jardin est totalement indépendante et la maison est au calme absolu tout en étant proche des plages de Biarritz et d'Anglet. Nos tarifs sont inchangés depuis 14 ans et nous avons prévu de totalement rénover cet hiver la chambre en question ( parquet massif, salle de bain et toilette associées à la chambre )

Super!!

My dutch friends and I have stayed in this beautifully decorated house and we highly recommend this for your stay in Biarritz. When we contacted Ladislas he replied within hours, after that we had a nice conversation over the phone and he answered all the questions we had, about the house but also about Biarritz. At arrival we got a tour around the house with some information. Ladislas left us some refreshments and also sent us a list of local restaurants and cafés to go! We felt at home immediately. The pool was nice and warm, there was almost always sun in the backyard. The house has WIFI, a big kitchen, dinnerarea, TV area, 3 bathrooms and really nice bedrooms. There were also towels we could use. Definitely big enough for the 9 of us! The busstop was a 10 minutes walk away and took us to the centre of town in a couple of minutes, so the travelling around Biarritz was simple, cheap and quick! There are multiple surfingschools, clubs and bars to entertain the youth. There is a big supermarket within a 20 minute walk from the house where we did all our shopping. All in all, we would highly recommend this house for people who want a clean and cozy place to come home to in Biarritz, not far away from the centre and with a really nice and helpful owner! Thank you for this marvelous stay Ladislas.

Adorable et chaleureuse !!

Une maison très agréable et charmante, idéale pour une grande famille. Nous avons profité du jardin et de la belle piscine chauffée ainsi que de la cuisine très bien équipée et de sa fameuse plancha. Nos hôtes ont été formidables et très disponibles avant notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour, ils ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions chez nous dès les premières minutes et que nous allions aux bons endroits rapidement. La maison est très propre et idéalement bien située ! 10 minutes de Biarritz et à 5 minutes des plages De nombreuses occupations pour grands et petits dans la jardin, table de ping pong, ballon etc ... Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et gardons l'adresse pour une prochaine visite.

Un excellent séjour d'une semaine dans une maison pleine de charme, confortable, pratique, très bien équipée, avec literie et linge de qualité. Située dans une impasse avec un joli jardin clos et une piscine sécurisée, la résidence remarquablement peu sonore et équipée de jeux divers était parfaite pour nos deux couples (parents et grands-parents) ainsi que nos 2 petits enfants(2 ans et demi et 7 ans). Chacun pouvait trouver son espace et son intimité. Une mention spéciale pour la qualité de l'accueil des propriétaires, chaleureux, prévenants et d'une parfaite honnêteté. Un petit havre de paix proche des plages et des commerces. Nous souhaitons un bon séjour aux prochains locataires

"A very nice house in a quiet area, yet close to both Bayonne, Biarritz and the beaches. Easy to find and all in perfect order on arrival - we got exactly what we expected and even a bit more! The house is perfect in size for two families - both house and garden is very family friendly. Recommends rental car for getting around in the region and for shopping food. However two boulangeries in walking distance made our breakfasts perfect with fresh baguettes and croissants! Highly recommended both the house and the Pays Basque region - Flott hus i stille villaområdet - likevel kort vei til både Bayonne, Biarrits og strendene. Lett å finne frem og alt i perfekt orden ved ankomst. Vi fikk det vi forventet og enda litt mer! Husets størrelse er perfekt for to familier, både hus og hade er veldig familievennlig. Anbefaler leiebil for å komme seg rundt i regionen og ellers til handling. To bakerier i gåavstand - så ferske baguetter og crossaints var et must til frokost. Kan absolutt anbefale både huset og regionen i seg selv -"

"Friendly and fast replies to all emails, wonderful welcome on arrival! Lovely house - comfortably sleeps 6 with fold-out beds for more, all very clean and well-appointed. Especially nice downstairs area with open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining table. Large outdoor area with barbeque (used almost every night by us!), very nice pool, 3 sun chairs, and large tree for shade on hot afternoons. Situated in a quiet suburb about 5 minutes drive from the town + beaches - very pleasant escape from the noise and traffic of Biarritz. Recommend a rental car for getting around the area, house has off ample street parking for security. Big thankyou to the owners! - thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would heartily recommend to anyone else."
