If you want the sea to the nature or culture , all of the countries most famous are just a few miles .

Come spend the holidays with us at Loreto.
Prices vary depending on length of stay and the number of people who rent . Here you will find the tranquility of the countryside, but you'll also have the chance to go to the beach in 10 minutes and take advantage of all the fun . Our apartment is furnished with care
In the apartment you will find: linen (towels , sheets, blankets , etc.). Dishes , washing machine, hair dryer , iron + board , wi fi , DVD/MP3 player , satellite TV , ceiling fan, shared barbecue.
The treatment is very familiar. We will offer advice on restaurants, tours , discos , beaches , supermarkets, etc. . They are well accepted as long as the animals are not rowdy at night. We are waiting . "

Soggiorno a Loreto

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Silvana per una decina di giorni; l'appartamento, situato in collina ha anche a disposizione degli ospiti un patio dove poter mangiare e godere di una meravigliosa vista della valle e del mare; è arredato in modo semplice ma ha tutto l'essenziale. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, ci hanno lasciato alcuni prodotti per la colazione e un fornito vademecum su luoghi da visitare, spiagge nelle vicinanze e ristoranti nella zona. Consiglio a chi vuole godersi una vacanza tranquilla non lontano dal mare e dall'entroterra.

Tra le colline marchigiane

Ho soggiornato 4 giorni a luglio con la famiglia in questa struttura. La posizione è ottima per poter visitare, in pochi minuti, Loreto e tutti i paesi circostanti. Dalla veranda la visuale è fantastica con il Santuario, il mare e il Conero in lontananza. Per raggiungere i vari paesi si attraversano le colline tappezzate di campi di grano e di girasoli, e l’occhio viene appagato così come il palato quando si gustano i prodotti tipici nei ristoranti e nelle trattorie locali. Sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti sia le spiagge del Conero sia quelle della più tranquilla Porto Recanati. L’appartamento gode di tutti i servizi necessari, il proprietario Lorenzo e la mamma signora Silvana sono simpatici e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Consigliatissimo!

Location très agréable

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses à Loreto dans cette location très confortable et propre, très bien située pour visiter cette région superbe. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la vue mer magnifique de la terrasse et surtout l'accueil chaleureux que nous avons reçu . Nous remercions Lorenzo et sa maman pour toutes leurs gentilles attentions et toutes les informations précieuses qu'ils nous ont donné. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Oltre il Mare!!

Siamo stati 2 settimane in compagnia del nostro cane come ospiti nella casa di Lorenzo e la sua famiglia. È in una posizione ottima tra vivere il mare o fare gite verso l'entroterra ed ha un ottimo parcheggio fuori casa. Lorenzo ti sa consigliare ottimi ristoranti, gite fuori porta e bellissime spiagge. Che dire ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consiglio a tutti. Un saluto da noi e Zoe(che ormai si sentiva a casa) Grazie di tutto!!!

Ci sono solo tre parole per descrivere questo luogo di soggiorno: COME A CASA! Ospitalità, discrezione, posizione tranquillissima, vista stupenda dal nostro gazebo, disponibilità totale di Lorenzo e mamma Silvana, tutto il necessario in appartamento, non si deve portare nulla da casa. Luogo di partenza per gite nell'entroterra marchigiano (favoloso) e a cinque minuti dal mare. Un grosso complimenti a Lorenzo e Silvana!!!!

Tutto perfetto!!!

Le caratteristiche e i dettagli del monolocale, descritto nel sito, corrispondono perfettamente a ciò che abbiamo trovato. Luoghi che meritano di essere visitati e ottima la gastronomia! Ciò che non è stato detto, ma che si scropre da subito, è la gentilezza, la simpatia e la grande premura di mamma Silvana e di suo figlio Lorenzo. Carino e accogliente

Posto di sicuro da consigliare per la gentilezza dei proprietari. Disponibili per ogni esigenza. Ci hanno fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per le colazioni durante il nostro alloggio. Siamo stati ai primi di novembre per una breve vacanza a Loreto e dintorni. In 10 minuti di macchina sei a Numana o Porto Recanati. In ogni caso anche a novembre la zona è molto bella. Ci torneremo.

The area is very quiet, perfect for a family or a couple who want to sleep peacefully, but also to have near the life of the Riviera del Conero.
The apartment is comfortable and cool even in summer, but if the heat is felt you have at your disposal a fan.
Enjoy also the gazebo to eat in the evening.
