The holiday home Il Buchetto is located in the quiet historic centre of Potenza Picena, a town in the province of Macerata known for its numerous churches. We are within the medieval walls, a few metres as the crow flies from the town hall, the collegiate church of Santo Stefano and the steps leading to the Pincio (Belvedere Donatori di Sangue) from which you can admire the Marche hills and Monte Conero. In the surrounding area there are all the main services, such as bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, a delicatessen, supermarkets and the Pro Loco association of Potenza Picena. The towns of Porto Potenza, Porto Recanati, Civitanova Marche and Loreto are easily reachable within 10 minutes. The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with heating for the winter. On the ground floor of the entrance there is the laundry area, on the first floor you will find a kitchen with an induction hob and the living room while on the second floor there is a bathroom, hallway and bedroom. The Wi-Fi connection is fast and free. In the kitchen you will find a coffee machine with capsules and tea bags with a kettle. There are two televisions, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Sheets, towels and courtesy set provided. The tourist tax is 1 euro per person per night (up to seven consecutive nights). Children under 14 are exempt from paying the tourist tax.
