About this property

Gîte Le Garrus, garden, swimming pool, close to the Gorges de l'Ardèche

Our rental, approved *** of 50 m2, can accommodate from 2 to 4 people; it consists of a well-equipped kitchen, an independent living room (2 beds 80, or 1 bed 160 - bed linen provided for this bed) and a bedroom with double bed. The toilets are independent of the bathroom. The cottage by its comfort, will facilitate your stay. You can stroll on the terrace or relax in the garden. The above ground pool - to share - is available to tenants.

PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
A mandatory cleaning fee of € 30.00 is required at the end of the stay (adding to the balance of the rental) + tourist tax: € 1.15 / day / adult


If you like walking, the cottage is close to fields of lavender and vineyards, it is easy to go quickly on the many hiking trails. Circuit cards are available, you can also find the calendar of farmers' markets, as well as the sites to visit. Activities also exist for children: horse, tree climbing, raising llamas.
The cave-called Cave of Chauvet Pont d'Arc is only a few miles from the rental.
Located outside the village, it is possible to go from shopping without taking his car; supermarkets are 15km.

Super séjourL'emplacement permet de rayonner facilement vers les lieux à voir/faire.Le gîte est très bien équipé et impeccable.La literie est de qualité.La piscine est très bien entretenue.Les propriétaires sont adorables et donnent plein d'informations pratiques.Merci à eux pour le panier garni en arrivant, les figues du jardin et les échanges lors de l'invitation à l'apéritif :)

Een fijne vakantiewoning

We werden hartelijk verwelkomd door de eigenaresse, Liliane.Het vakantiehuis was geriefelijk, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf.De omgeving is prachtig. Veel mogelijkheden om te doen, zoals kanoën, grotten bezoeken, de lavendelkwekerij enz...... En natuurlijk ook diverse eetgelegenheden in het dorp.Kortom een fijne plek voor een vakantie in de Ardèche

Le Garrus, un gite idéal pour plonger en Ardèche

Accueillis par les bons soins attentifs de la famille Granade, nous avons été dorlotés et tout cela à proximité de toutes les activités. Du gite très confortable et bien équipé, tout est proche, les gorges, les grottes, les randonnées VTT, pédestres, etc. Merci à nos hôtes qui nous ont fait aimé leur si beau pays.

Notre séjour au gite Le Garrus a été parfait ! Les prestations sont exceptionnelles et rien ne manque. Le logement est cosy, pratique et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons été magnifiquement accueillis à l'arrivée (grand merci pour le panier garni !) et tout au long de la semaine. Nos hôtes ont été très agréables et très conciliants face à nos deux enfants, très en joie dans la piscine (de même que nos "voisins" de gite). Nous recommandons les lieux sans aucune réserve.

Leider weit hinter den Erwartungen geblieben

Das Beste zu Beginn. Die Kommunikation mit dem Sohn war problemlos.Der Empfang nett und freundlich. Leider war die Unterkunft wirklich nicht schön. Ein Sammelsurium an Möbeln. Okay. Die Toilette lose. Die Wasserhähne völlig verkalkt und kaum zu regulieren. Die ganzen Silikonnäthe in der Dusche und WC schwarz verschimmelt. 15 m vom Pool entfernt liegt Bauschutt. Die Terrasse eine grobe Betonplatte. Kurzum war es ungemütlich. Man wollte hier nicht verweilen. Man könnte mit wenig Aufwand vieles in Ordnung bringen. Schade

Comme à la maison

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement, si bien que rapidement nous ne savions plus si nous étions locataires ou invités. Location très fonctionnelle et très bien située, à conseiller. En tout cas, nous c'est sur, nous y retourneront.
