Le Grenier is a a one bedroomed apartment with its own private garden. 50 metres from the river Sarre and surrounded by woodlands. Wonderful walks starting from your door into woodland and alongside the river. A 10 minute stroll to the village of Melrand with its boulangerie, butchers, grocers shop, several bars, creperie and an excellent family run restaurant. A beautiful Hamlet with nice friendly people.

Peaceful retreat

We had a very enjoyable stay near Melrand. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. Martin was there to welcome us and gave some useful tips on places to visit. We particularly liked the music & dance ( & cider!) at the local pardon. There are some good walks nearby.

The property is in a very beautiful part of Brittany,but unfortunately inside everything is very tired everything needs replacing. The shower is very small; if you are a small person its fine.The entrance is dangerous if you have walking difficulties . There was no maps or emergency information, apart from everything we enjoyed a three week peaceful holiday in an area we know very well. . , nof riful

Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont toujours là et disponibles. Le gîte est conforme à l'annonce, sauf qu'il n'y a plus de lave-linge, ni de lecteurs de dvd. Talroch est un hameau ancestral très calme bordé de chemins. Au gîte, il faut prévoir tous les produits de base - sel, épices, café moulu, infusions, vinaigre, shampoing - Le village de Melrand est proche, on y trouve une bonne boulangerie, une boucherie, un supermarché avec du fromage à la coupe, du vin et de bons fruits et légumes. Intermarché avec station-service à 4 km.

Bonjour,Notre séjour dans votre dépendance de votre maison de caractère située sur Melrand fut très agréable. L'accès indépendant et le jardin attenant sans vis à vis est un atout pour les personnes désirant être tranquille. Le calme de se jardin est surprenant. Un véritable havre de paix. Il côtoie une forêt permettant des balades ou randonnées. Toutes les commodités pour cette dépendance sont présent. Cette endroit nous rapproche de la nature. C'est magnifique. Nous étions très proche d'une rivière, du village. La boucherie, la boulangerie, le restaurant vous ferons découvrir leur bon produit. Vous serez accueilli par le charme britannique. Nous reviendrons.Merci de conserver ces endroits magnifiques.M et Mme Goudard.

Séjour à Talroc'h

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Melrand dans ce charmant petit appartement. Tout à été conforme à nos attentes : l'accueil chaleureux des hôtes et l'emplacement idéal pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et la nature. De plus, le coin est idéal pour les chiens : de magnifiques balades au bord de la rivière.

Notre séjour s’est bien passé. Melrand se situe dans les terres à une cinquantaine de kilomètres de la mer. Ça peut être un peu gênant … Par contre, c’est super pour les toutous.

Séjour très agréable

Cette petite maison est calme, agréable et très bien tenue. C'est la 2ème fois que nous séjournons là et nous apprécions aussi l'accueil des propriétaires. Beaucoup de belles randonnées à faire dans la nature depuis cette maison.

Sehr ruhiges kleines Haus

Wir waren mit unserer Hündin für 3 Tage dort und waren sehr positiv Überrascht von dem Haus und seiner Ausstattung. Es ist klein aber fein, es ist alles da was man in einer Küche so braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut direkt am Wald, für Wanderer oder Läufer/Jogger eine Geniale Gegend. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder.

We had a lovely stay!

The gite has everything you need for a nice break away from busy life. Basic but picturesque. The small river, which is a stone’s throw distance from the gite is great to cool down when it’s too hot. The location is ideal for hiking as there are many routes which start near the gite. Martyn and Jenny are the most friendly, helpful and hospitable hosts we have yet encountered while respecting their guest’s privacy. We had a lovely stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : le gîte est environné de nature et très bien aménagé, avec goût ; literie confortable, cuisine bien équipée. Jardin agréable, agrémenté du chant des oiseaux, apprécié par nous et nos chats (merci de les avoir accepté). Plein de jolis endroits à visiter, de très belles ballades et la mer pas loin (j'adore la Ria d'Etel). Avec l'accueil, la gentillesse et la discrétion des propriétaires. Merci !

Un dépaysement total!

Accueil chaleureux par les hôtes et on s'est sentis tout de suite dans une ambiance de relax. Le gite était complètement équipé et le lit comfortable. A partir du Gite de Talroch on a pu découvrir le Morbihan. Merci Martyn et Jenny!

Le calme dans la nature
