The condo was clean, spacious, and well equipped for cooking needs. View is amazing. Beach is private, no partying at all. Probably only 5- 10% of the crowd of a normal beach. It's perfect for children on a family vacation. I was provided an incorrect door code and was unable to get in, but property management answered the phone and resolved this in a few minutes. I appreciated the quick resolution, the are very responsive.

TERRIFIC VIEW and 3 BATHS, TOO!

We have stayed at this Cinnamon Beach facility numerous times, and this was our favorite condo hands down. It was dog friendly, which means a lot to our family, yet it did not smell like pets at all. It had a beautiful view - and is close to stairs and the elevator, as well as the boardwalk to the beach. It was a beautiful unit, and having 3 baths was a game changer.

Beautiful and clean condo in perfect location

This condo was clean and spacious. It looked identical to the online pictures and may have even been better than it appeared on the listing. The balcony overlooks the beautiful cinnamon colored beach and offered gorgeous views of the sunset each day. We would definitely consider staying at this location again. The only thing lacking during our stay was the amount of towels and washcloths provided, but other than that, it was perfect.

Great location - needs facelift

We’ve been coming to Cinnamon Beach for 7 years. The following are pros and cons Pros- location and proximity to pool was easy, view of the ocean was great, kids bedroom was well decorated, beach chairs and toys was a plus, very large condo Cons - very dirty, couches, deck lounge chairs and master bedroom bed were all out dated and not very comfortable, very bad smell coming from the dishwasher after being run and when we first arrived there was a musty smell in the living area

The hosts provide what we needed for a beach stay Condo is large and clean with a workable kitchen. The management was responsive when we called. It would be helpful for tenants to have the most re cent information about the unit in the white notebook provide in the unit. Somewhere they need to emphasize that the ice maker tray be put back properly. Whoever took it out prior to us did not replace it properly and created major defrosting and leakage.

Beautiful Oceanfront Oasis

751 Cinnamon Beach is a beautiful oceanfront condo. The unit is spacious and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything that I needed for my stay. The master bedroom is also oceanfront and it was nice to wake up to the sunrise with a million-dollar view. The grounds are well maintained and the access to the beach is steps away. The only negative would be the ease of use with the TV - I had trouble connecting multiple times and navigating the Cable with the remotes. I would suggest that the owner update the user guide with more specific instructions and perhaps add suggestions for dining options. There is a grocery very close to the property which was quite convenient. I could not take advantage of the community amenities as the weather was too chilly, but the pool areas are beautiful. A lovely stay!

Ants Everywhere, Terrible Experience

Our stay at 751 Cinnamon Beach initially seemed like a dream—the condo was beautiful and ideally suited for families. However, our experience quickly turned. We arrived over two days, with some of us traveling from as far as Seattle and others arriving between work commitments. The first major issue we encountered was an infestation of tiny clear ants covering the dining table. Despite buying ant spray and attempting to clean the area, the problem persisted. The ants were not only on the table but also in our food, rooms, and even on the beds. In addition to the pest problem, we faced other issues: the TV in the third bedroom was inoperable, and the hot water faucet in the second bathroom had to be shut off and the condo was clearly only partly cleaned before we arrived. They did try to rectify these issues, but the only thing that could be fixed during the stay was the cleaner came by. Despite multiple attempts to contact the property manager, all I could get was customer service until very late in the day. When we finally spoke to her, while their pest control service acknowledged the severity of the situation, the property manager only called it an "inconvenience." We ended up leaving early, on Wednesday, due to the bug issue. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing and felt daunting to figure out on vacation.

Excellent condo!!

The condo was very nice. Lots of room for the 7 of us. The location and access to the beach was great!! The only thing about it was we wished someone had mentioned all the big rocks in the edge of the ocean. Most of us ended up with cuts and bruises from them. All in all it was a great stay!!
