Mediterranean style 2 bedroom villa with large terrace and modern kitchen.

Villa is only 3.6 kilometers from the Portiragnes beach and is located in a small restricted access community. There is a large terrace which receives the morning sun and is ideal for enjoying breakfast outside. In the evening al fresco dining is perfect on the same terrace, now with the cooling evening air. Buy some fresh seafood at local towns and enjoy on the grill outside with a bottle of fine wine from the local cooperative.
No Smoking inside Villa. Smoking allowed only outside of house. The shared pool is aprox; 80 m from the villa.

Manque des bols pour le petit dejeuner,manque econome pour eplucher les legumes.Pied de parasol trop leger pour le parasol petit coup vebt et ca s envole.paroi de douche qui se deboitent lorsque l on ferme les portes et joints moiss.Barbecue du voisin tres mal placer impossible de manger dehors lorsque le voisin fait son barbecue.Certains proprietaire de la residence se permettent de se garer sur votre place de parking donc surprise quand vous arrivez.Lit parentale mal agencer 2 matelas sauf que le matelas du dessus plus petit que celui du dessous alors pieds qui pendent dans le vide pas tres agreable.Maison climatiser au top.Tres grande terrasse au top.Maison proche de la piscine genial.

Petite maison mitoyenne avec une tres grande terrasse. Parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Très bien agencée et beaucoup de services (draps, serviettes de toilettes, torchons, produits ménagé...) très pratique.

Sehr schöne Gegend

Bis auf die Terrasse war alles ok. Die Terrasse ist ohne Sonnenschutz und sie wurde von uns gereinigt und vom Unkraut gesäubert. Es steht ein Box auf der Terrasse mit z. B. Planen man kann sich damit einen Sonnenschutz basteln.

Jolie petite maison confortable avec tout le nécessaire, très grande terrasse et la piscine de la résidence est près de la maison. On est à 5 mn de la plage en voiture. Je recommande cette location.

La villa est bien équipé ,la terrasse très agréable, la résidence très calme et la piscine agréable et grande. Le logement est vieillissant et les bibelots des propriétaires sont accumulés (un peu peur que les enfants cassent quelque chose) le ménage avant nous avait été sommaire. Cependant au vu du prix il ne fallait attendre mieux. Au final semaine positive.

Nous avons passez un agréable séjours au sein de la villa elle est très bien agencé la terrasse est bien grande et surtout le calme le soir et pas de vis a vis On recommande Les propriétaires a l écoute et disponible pour toute questions on les remercie . La villa est bien situé le choix des plages a proximité et bien sûr les enfants ont apprécié la piscine. Une adresse a retenir et a partager merci encore a bientôt peut-être.

Nous avons passé d 'excellentes vacances en famille.Résidence très calme.Nous avons bien profité de la piscine avec le beau temps au rendez_vous.La maison est très bien équipée.Il manque rien.Les ventilateurs aux plafonds bien servis surtout avec la canicule.Nous recommandons cette location sans problème.Si nous avons la possibilité de revenir nous reviendrons.Nous n avions pas envie de repartir.Famille LE PALLEC
