Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Alles war genauso wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und entsprach den Fotos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern – freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig.Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekt zum Ausruhen

Ferienhaus mit eigenem Parkplatz, Pool und Sauna, und alles mit herrlichem Blick ins Tal - gleichzeitig Stadt mit Geschäften und Bars nur 100 m hinter dem Haus. Perfekt zum Ausruhen und abseits der großen Touristenströme.

Een fijn verblijf op een mooie locatie!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in deze vakantiewoning in Chiusdino. De omgeving is prachtig en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis is echter wel verouderd maar verder netjes. We waren met name erg te spreken over de heerlijke tuin!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen perfekten Urlaub in der südlichen Toskana

Marisa und Paolo sind unglaublich liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Häuschen ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und liebevoll gepflegt. Der Blick in die Landschaft ist unbezahlbar und die Lage am Ortsrand ist perfekt für alle, die gerne zu Fuß in den schönen Ort Chiusdino gehen und dort Italien pur genießen möchten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und auch für die Hunde war es ein perfekter Urlaub! Der Garten ist nämlich komplett umzäunt! Außerdem sind von Chiusdino aus, viele schöne Ausflüge möglich! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in dem wunderschönen Bergdorf Chiusdino mit einem traumhaften Ausblick.3-Zi-Ferienwohnung mit Wohnküche. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal. Es gibt einen Smart TV, sodass man mal Netflix schauen kann bei Schlechtwetter. Ansonsten war die Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet, wenn man selbst kochen möchte ist alles Wichtige vorhanden. Was ich sehr gut fand, dass bereits italienischer Kaffee da war, Spülmittel, Mülltüten, ausreichend Klopapier und auch Tabs für die Spülmaschine.Der Pool ist ein Aufstell-Pool, das Wasser hat eine gute Tiefe und er hat eine Pumpe, sodass das Wasser wirklich 24/7h gefiltert wird, außerdem kam regelmäßig jemand zum säubern des Pools. Die Sauna ist eine Infrarot-Sauna und funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Sie befindet sich im Häuschen neben dem Pool und hier ist auch noch eine Toilette und Dusche. Außerdem gibt es eine Außendusche beim Pool.Wenn es dauerhaft sehr warm ist, heißt sich das Ferienhaus ziemlich auf, wir hatten drinnen 26 C. Eine Klimaanlage ist leider nicht vorhanden.Chiusdino selbst bietet reichlich Auswahl zum Essen gehen und Einkaufen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und es sieht sehr malerisch aus. Ausflugsziele gibt es auch genug in der Umgebung und ein Strandbesuch bei Follonica ist sehr zu empfehlen.Paolo und Marisa waren jederzeit bei Fragen unkompliziert über WhatsApp zu erreichen und haben selbst auch den Check-In übernommen.

Einfach wunderbar!

Marisa und Paolo sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die sich um alles kümmern. Das Haus, der Pool und die traumhafte Aussicht haben uns einen fantastischen Urlaub ermöglicht. "Ce qui saute aux yeux c'est la magnifique vue qu'on a du jardin sur la nature environnante. La maison est mignonne et Marisa et Paolo sont accueillants, sympathiques et très serviables. Beautiful house with beautiful surroundings

We had a great stay at the house of Marisa and Paolo. Both were very welcoming, and we spent a perfect week in Chiusdino. The house provided everything we needed for our family of four. From the garden we had a beautiful view towards the hills. And the swimming pool was great to cool down and escape from the summer heat. Chiusdino provides a couple of good restaurants which are all in walking distance. We usually had our morning coffee in the bellavista bar, which rightfully has this name. For a holiday in this area we would definitely book this house again.

Prachtige locatie

Het verblijf op deze accomodatie was geweldig! Wat een mooi uitzicht en een zeer net appartement! De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Chiusdino is een verborgen parel in Toscane. Een aanrader voor iedereen die van rust en natuur houdt. Het zwembad en de sauna zorgden voor heerlijke ontspanning tijdens ons verblijf. We keren hier graag weer eens terug!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Chiusdino

Wir haben das Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Chiusdino ist eine nette Kleinstadt, in der man zu Fuß alles Notwendige einkaufen kann um anschließend gemütlich draußen zu frühstücken. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Gastgeber Marisa und Paolo super nett und die Lage hervorragend geeignet für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. Wenn es uns zu warm wurde, haben wir uns gerne im Pool abgekühlt und die herrliche Aussicht genossen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter und würden sie wieder buchen.

Wunderschönes Häuschen

Der Aufenthalt in Marisas und Paolos Häuschen mit dem tollen Garten und Poolbereich war wunderschön. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick über die Hügel der Toskana und kann zu Fuß in den Ort laufen. Siena, Volterra und auch andere Orte sind schnell zu erreichen.Bis hoffentlich ganz bald wieder.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Das Haus war wie erwartet und bewertet sehr schön. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll. Im Ort gibt es das Notwendigste zum Einkaufen. Aufgrund der vielen kleinen Straßen muß man für andere Besorgungen viel Zeit einplanen. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Häuschen

Es ist eine super Aussicht,Haus liegt für sich lan einem schönen Dorf mit Bäcker, Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir haben uns gut erholt und zu den großen Städten nicht weit weg. Zum Strand fährt man schon 50 Minuten. Unser Vermieter hat immer den Pool gereinigt.Aussicht klasse beim schwimmen.

War alles sehr gut ausser die Hundehaltung der Jäger ist schrecklich. Man hat immer wieder das Bellen der Hunde gehört welche mehr als 9 Monate in Käfigen gehalten werden.

Liebevoll gestaltetes Domizil inTraumlage

Ziemlich weit oben gelegen direkt unter dem kleinen und pittoresken Ort Chiusdino liegt das Haus mit Garten, Pool und Infrarotsauna. Im Inneren wird alles geboten vor allem für die Küche😉), was für einen perfekten Aufenthalt wichtig ist. Auch ein Grill und das nötige Equipment sind vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich, auch aus der Sauna, die Menschen freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Vermieter unkompliziert, immer ansprechbar per Chat oder Mobiltelwfon und sehr freundlich. Für uns ein Platz zum Wiederkommen.

Einfach nur klasse

Das Objekt liegt in herrlicher Lage in Chiusdino mit phantastischem Blick ins Tal. Es ist typisch toskanisch eingerichtet. Wer den absoluten Luxus sucht, ist hier fehl am Platze. Wer einen symathischen Vermieter sucht, der immer für einen da ist, hat mit Paolo den richtigen gefunden. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft und der Lage sehr zufrieden. Fahrzeug absolut notwendig. Und noch erwähnenswert die tolle Matratze. Sehr empfehlenswert.
