Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in the heart of El Paso, TX! Our comfortable and stylish house is perfect for families, friends, and business travelers alike, with enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Last Minute Rescue

Yasser, the owner, saved us once again! We rented a different home on the app and had a distarous experience upon check-in so decided to leave that property. I reached out to Yasser and he was immediately responsive. We have stayed at this property before and it is always clean, comfortable, and in a nice neighborhood. We will stay with Yasser's properties exclusively from now on.

Another Funeral Trip

We stayed here in November 2021 for a family funeral and decided to do so again, this past week, for another family funeral. The home is close to our other family members so it was a convenient location. The house was spacious for ourselves and our 2 children (22 and 19). We appreciated the comfortable beds and well-appointed living spaces. We did not do any cooking but saw the amenities in the kitchen were well stocked. The owner was very responsive and offered us an early check-in to help accommodate our last minute trip to El Paso. All in all, a very reasonable price for a comfortable stay. Thanks Yasser!

The appliances need updating also found it rather rude asking me to do the wash. Good thing I brought my own towels. I paid the renter to stay maybe he thought he was paying me to stay there! I hardly spent time at the house only to shower and sleep. I had left for Ruidoso for a couple of days. I did like the neighborhood although to many dogs barking at night! All in all I would have given it a 5* but I found it very rude if I could do a load of towels! I was on vacation not there to do washing!

Thank you for your comments, We realize the Vacation Rental Industry is new and both guests and owners are getting accustomed to the process. Renting a vacation rental is a superior experience and different to renting a hotel room. We place a high emphasis on the cleaning to ensure our guests receive the best service. Our guests are typically familiar with vacation rentals and as a courtesy are accustomed to the checkout procedures. To ensure guests receive the best quality and clean house in a timely manner, we recommend the following optional checkout procedures: 1) All trash bags taken to the outside bins a. (This prevents bad odors in the house and assists the cleaning crew with preparing a fresh house) 2) Start a wash load of the towels a. (Cleaning crew typically does 7 loads, a guest started 1 load of the towels allows enough time for the towels to dry) Again, this two items are optional and only requested as a courtesy if possible,

weeklong stay

The property was equipped as per the listing, with abundant towels, good variety of dishes and cooking utensils, and nice kitchen appliances. It fell short in smaller areas. The kitchen cabinets in particular needed to be refurbished, both inside and outside (they look much better in the online photos). The dining room table was very wobbly (I used the breakfast area table for the remaining meals). There were only two teaspoons for use. I would have fixed the toilet paper dispensers if I had a small enough screwdriver with me. Overall it was a very functional stay, that could have been better with some minor work.

Wonderful house, perfect for time with family!

We came to El Paso to celebrate the holidays with family members in the Army. The house was a great place to stay, both for our sleeping needs, but also to just spend time with family. We had 11 people eat a Christmas dinner there, and it worked great! The host was so easy to communicate with and was very responsive to our questions. The house was very clean and comfortable. Very great place and I will likely try to stay here the next time we are in El Paso.

Very Comfortable Home

This was a great location and space for visiting family that lives in town. Was plenty of room to have family come over including young children. Loved being able to sit outside. Will definitely come back. Not that it makes much difference to staying, but there are definitely things that have seen the test of time but more if we were looking at the house to purchase not staying to for a visit. Kitchen was great for a larger group. Was confused why there were two microwaves, one built in that worked fine and one counter top. Seems we could have used the counter space more but again, not really an issue.

Quiet Home

Check-in and out was very easy. The host communicated promptly and well with us the few times we had to make contact. The property for most people would be fine. Neighborhood was quiet even in close proximity to a busy street. House was situated where we needed it for our business in El Paso. Property does need some updating (some things have been done like ceiling fans and upgraded tech). Needs a little more TLC with a tad more attention to cleaning details, but it is reasonably priced and a lot better than your average hotel room. Lots of space. We would most likely stay there again if we are in the area.
