World Rugby Trip 2023

It isn’t often you find places like this to stay at with your family, absolutely fabulous. Classic French rural villa in the hills above Marseille. 35mins from the middle of the city, yet far enough away to be quiet. Brilliant location for the super marche and other amenities. Your will need a car though. We loved it, thanks Gilles and Nicole.

Des beaux moments !

La villa se situe dans un endroit très calme et ensoleillé. Paisible et bien-être dans cet endroit incroyable. La communication avec les propriétaires était très bonne et surtout ce sont des personnes honnêtes et fort sympathique. Le cadre est juste incroyable. Nous avons passé ce séjour entre amis et nous ne l’oublierons pas. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour vos séjours !

Décevant, annonce trompeuse

Globalement un grand manque d'entretien. Propriétaire type "beau parleur", dans le déni et rapidement agressif. De réels atouts pour cette maison, mais de trop gros écarts avec l'annonce : - PRIX : surcoût demandé car location 3 nuits (et non la semaine) - PISCINE : Eau sale (en surface et dans le fonds, eau trouble). Environnement (carrelage, végétation, coin douche) non entretenu. Pas de possibilité de se baigner. La piscine étant un élément dimensionnant des prix d'une location, c'est très limite... photo prise si besoin - ENFANTS : --> piscine non sécurisée : 1 barrière "faite maison", un enfant passera sans problème sur les côtés --> Produits dangereux (souricide, allume feu, etc.) stockés dans une pièce extérieure accessible (porte cassée) --> A hauteur d'un bébé : carreau de verre cassé dans un meuble de la véranda - DANGEROSITE : --> infiltration d'eau sur radiateur électrique en marche suite à orage (entrée) --> 1 tringle à rideau nous est tombée dessus car mal fixée - FORFAIT MENAGE : des zones oubliées (couches de poussière sur les lumières, toiles d'araignées, frigo, vitres de toit). Non rangé - "ECRIN DE VERDURE" : les plantes commencent à s'infiltrer (par les murs !) dans la pièce d'entrée - JARDIN : --> peu agréable car non entretenu, ne correspond plus aux photos. --> coin hamac : pas de toile, mobilier de jardin sale/abimé (végétation) - "CHARME DE L'ANCIEN" : plutôt de la vétusté (huisserie, élec, poutres d'apparat qui se décollent, mitigeur cassé,..)
