Ideally located, very quiet, all comfort, neat decoration, with swimming pool to share, large terrace, recently built, near the sea, away from the main road, on a large and very quiet plot of 6000 m².

The flat consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed, each with an extra bed.

Three minutes away you will find a Super U for shopping and summer meals.
Close to the beaches of cala rossa and st cyprien.
Close to the Gulf of Lezza
You can also enjoy the mountain and its activities.


The owner is a passionate sportsman of bicycle, also hunter of wild boar he has a perfect knowledge of his region and will be able to communicate you all the good plans in all kinds: tourist route, hikes and discovery, good plans restaurant, avoid the tourist traps ect ....

Vielen Dank für 2 tolle Wochen!

Die 2 Wochen bei Marc und Marie Jo waren wirklich wunderbar. Die Ferienwohnung hat genau unseren Erwartungen und Anforderungen entsprochen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt und inseltypisch gestaltet. Der Pool war für unsere Kids natürlich das Highlight. Für uns 2 Große natürlich ebenso. Obwohl unsere Französisch Kenntnisse sehr gering sind und Marc nur ein bisschen Englisch spricht, konnten wir uns dennoch mit diesen 2 Sprachen und Support der Hände sehr gut austauschen. Marc hält auch sehr viele und gute Tipps von Orten und Sehenswürdigkeiten bereit, die man sich ansehen sollte. So haben wir kurzerhand unseren Ausflug zu „Les 3 piscines“ umgeplant und sind zu einer Stelle mit so genannten Badegumpen gefahren, die eher den Korsen bekannt ist und weniger touristisch belagert ist. Marc, vielen Dank nochmals für diesen wertvollen Tipp. Der Tag in der Nähe von Zonza war wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Gegend rund um Porto-Vecchio hält viele schöne Strände bereit. Auch hier gibt der Vermieter sehr wertvolle Hinweise, welche davon es sich lohnt zu besuchen und welche man besser meidet, wenn man nicht auf Touri Hotspots inkl. Überfüllung steht. Zusammenfassend haben wir eine tolle Zeit vor Ort gehabt und jegliche Unterstützung durch die Vermieter erfahren, die einen unkomplizierten und erholsamen Aufenthalt ermöglichen. Merci beaucoup pour tout!

Sehr hübsche Unterkunft

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche hier in der Unterkunft. Die Vermieter Marie Jo und Mark wohnten direkt über uns. Es gab 2 Ferienwohnungen im Erdgeschoß und eine weitere, weiter unten auf dem großen Grundstück. Die beiden sprechen nur französisch, ihr Sohn Olivier, war ebenfalls immer erreichbar oder vor Ort und sprach hervorragend englisch. Wir bewohnten die linke Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit Klimaanlage. Das Bad hatte eine geräumige Dusche und war ansprechend dekoriert. Das Wohnzimmer war sehr geräumig mit großen Esstisch und anliegender Küche. Die Terrasse vor der Ferienwohnungen war abgetrennt von der anderen. Allerdings sehr einfach gehalten. Was aber dem Gesamtergebnis nichts abgewinnen konnte. Großer Pool mit Sonnenterrasse für alle 3 Ferienwohnungen. Ausreichend Liegen und Ruheplätze waren vorhanden. Ein sehr schönes Gesamtpaket und das dazu in bester Lage. Ca.10-15 min. Autofahrt zu den schönsten Stränden Korsikas. Zum Supermarkt und Bäcker 5 min. Porto-Vecchio erreicht man ebenfalls in 10min. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet und die Küche ließ auch nichts vermissen. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir empfehlen es sehr gern weiter. Viel Dank.

Notre petit paradis en Corse

Les 5 étoiles ne suffisent pas pour évaluer le séjour que nous avons passé chez Marie-Jo et Marco. L’accueil de toute cette famille est exceptionnel et sincère.Si vous le souhaitez, ils vous ferons découvrir ou simplement vous conseilleront les beaux endroits , les bons plans de leur région et au-delà en vous évitant les pièges à touristes. Leurs locations ont tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Propreté irréprochable, une propriété au calme mais près de tout ,avec de beaux et grands espaces terrasses communs très bien entretenus et une jolie piscine à débordement avec une vue partielle sur la mer. Excellente adresse !

Au calme, propriété très agréable avec une belle vue sur la mer ! Logements confortables, bien entretenus, il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Piscine super, cadre idyllique ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, donnent de bons conseils visites, restos etc.... Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Tolle Fewo in ruhiger Lage

Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, gute Matratzen, toller Ruhige Lage, Pool, den wir oft für uns alleine hatten, sehr netter Besitzer, der viele nützliche Tipps gegeben hat. Kommunikation auch in Englisch. Fragen im Vorfeld sofort beantwortet und Wünsche vor Ort berücksichtigt. Kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Superschöne Wohnung in großem, ruhigen Garten

Wir (eine Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub im August 2016 in einer der drei Ferienwohnungen von Familie Poggioli verbracht. Wir waren in einer der zwei der Wohnungen, die im Erdgeschoß des Haupthauses liegen, das auch Familie Poggioli bewohnt. Das Grundstück liegt ca. 600m oberhalb der Hauptstraße N168 (T10), die man weder hört noch sieht. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Man hat von dort einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Porto Vecchio. Die Wohnung ist gehoben ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Waschmaschine, die Geschirrspülmaschine, der Backofen und der Fernseher sind neuwertig. Der Herd ist mit Gas betrieben. Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden und in gutem Zustand (neuwertig, auch die beschichteten Pfannen). Das Badezimmer ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Dusche hat uns besonders gefallen. Unsere Wohnung hatte zwei Schlafzimmer, die je mit einem französischen Doppelbett ausgestattet sind. Die Matratzen waren neuwertig. An das gemeinsame Kopfkissen mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen. Herr Poggioli hat uns mit Tipps zum Einkaufen, Stränden und den Bergen versorgt, sowie über Land und Leute gesprochen. Er spricht französisch und italienisch und ein klein wenig englisch. Alles in allem hatten wir einen ausgesprochen schönen Urlaub dort verbracht.

Cadre magnifique et reposant

La location est proche des belles plages et idéalement située pour visiter les régions de Porto Vecchio, de Bonifacio et de l'Alta Rocca. La vue est imprenable sur la mer et le très beau jardin, la piscine et les transats donnent un charme supplémentaire à la location. Très bon accueil des propriétaires et location conforme à la description. A recommander sans hésiter !

Excellent séjour chez Mr et Mme Poggioli

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un appartement de Mr et Mme Poggioli : - très bon accueil des propriétaires; - appartement entièrement préparé à notre arrivée (lits fait et linge de maison à disposition); - appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé (très bonne literie, vaisselle, électro-ménager, terrasse, mobilier, bbq, ...) - Magnifique vue sur une très belle piscine débordante prolongée par une vue panoramique sur le golfe de Porto Vecchio; - Situation idéale pour visiter le sud de la Corse : mer, montagne, plages, rivières, randonnées, ... tout est réellement très proche; - Mr Poggioli est très sociable et est aux petits soins pour ses clients. Il donne plein de conseil sur les visites, les achats et propose même de faire du vélo avec lui; - En résumé, chaude recommandation pour cet appartement. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir si d'aventure nous retournions dans cette région de Corse. Amitiés de Belgique de la famille Martin-Sellier et des enfants

Dans un cadre paradisiaque, appartement neuf décoré avec goût, spacieux, confortable, propre, très bien équipé. Extérieur soigné, superbe piscine, vue mer, grande terrasse pour les repas, le calme et les cigales... A l'arrivée : on se serre la main, au départ nous avons embrassé nos hôtes ! cela vous donne une idée de la façon dont vous êtes reçus; Marc et Marie-Jo sont d'une extrême gentillesse, vous donnent les meilleures adresses de visites, plages, balades, charcuterie, fromage... Nos 2 semaines ont passé trop vite, nous reviendrons....bientôt, Encore merci Marc et Marie-Jo !

Séjour et accueil extraodinaires

Nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires! L île et ses plages sont extraordinaires, tout simplement L appartement est parfait, situe au calme dans une belle villa. Nous avons vue sur la piscine et la mer au loin. Il est idéalement situé, près des plages et de Porto Vecchio Mais au delà de l appartement et de ce petit coin de paradis , nous souhaitons souligner la chaleurosité de l accueil Sans aucun doute , chez les Poggioli , vous serez les bienvenus! splendida vacanza!

Appartamento molto bello, curato nei dettagli, spazioso, pulito e ben attrezzato. Si trova in una zona strategica dalla quale, in poco tempo, si possono raggiungere le più interessanti zone sia di mare che di montagna. Splendida vista sul golfo. I proprietari Marc e Marie Joe sono molto simpatici, disponibili e molto attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Quest'estate ci siamo tornati per la terza volta! Consigliato a chi ha famiglia con figli ma anche a chi ama la tranquillità.

Superbe !!

Superbe propriété, superbes propriétaires : bref de superbes vacances.. La propriété est bien située, non loin de nombreuses plages et proche de toutes commodités (en voiture). Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Nous nous sommes régalés et avons passé de très belles soirées avec Marie Joe et Marc, sans oublier nos chers voisins : Agnès et Patrick. Très bon séjour dans le calme

Notre famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) ont bien profité de notre séjour dans cette petite résidence avec une jolie piscine. Nous étions au calme, avec tous le confort nécessaire (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge...) et proche de belles plages très connues. Il faut une voiture pour se déplacer. A refaire.
