150 m from the beach of Mare Sole (sandy beach) and the magnificent silver beach 400 m, in private property of 2000 m2, RDJ F3 of 70 m2
with independent entrance in the owners' villa (2 pers)
You will appreciate its large terrace of 50 m2 covered with its magnificent view of the Gulf of Ajaccio as well as its garden of 60 m2 closed and also its barbecue. for nice evenings.
from the rental you can go hiking in the maquis and the coti-chiavari forest.
on the beaches, you can have fun. by doing lots of activities (diving, jet skiing ..) beaches) .. that happiness!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Vermieterin ist überaus freundlich. Dies sowie die großartige Terrasse mit Meerblick, der kurze Fußweg zu einem netten und einem traumhaften Strand (wir waren an Pfingsten da!) und ein paar schöne Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe machen es allemal wert, wiederzukommen. Für die Küche würden wir dann noch ein paar Ausstattungsgegenstände mitnehmen (Tipp für andere Urlauber): Schneidebrett für Gemüse, Hobel, Käsereibe, Salatbesteck, Schöpflöffel, Knoblauchpresse.

Phantastische Lage, wunderschöne Terasse!

Sehr nette Vermieter. Eine ruhige Lage mit perfekter Aussicht. Der Strand ist wenig besucht, 140 m vom Haus weg, mit klasse Granitfelsen, von denen man sogar ins Meer springen kann. Können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Accueil chaleureux. Propriétaire très charmante et disponible. Location agréable et tranquille.Emplacement idéal à quelques pas de la plage. Belles ballades directement de la maison. en corse dans cette magnifique maison en bord de mer,tout pour passer un agréable séjour,nous avons bénéficiés de toutes les commodotées de la villa,il ne manque rien, nous avions meme a notre dispo de quoi faire un pic nique, je n oublirais pas l acceuil chaleureux de notre propriétaite, a notre arrivé nous avons trouvés quelques spécialitées corse en signe de bienvenue, nous avons appréciés çe geste délicat,merci madame RENEE, je conseille vivement cette location a tout les amoureux de la corse,

Deuxième séjour dans cette belle villa et son panorama de rêve ! A deux minutes de marche d'une belle plage jamais bondée, bien équipée avec une terrasse superbe :-) Cerise sur le gâteau, le merveilleux accueil de la propriétaire !!!

appartement bien conçu , grande terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la mer et le golf d'ajaccio , calme au moi de juin , mer à peine à 5mm à pied sur une belle plage .
