- House is situated on quiet and very lovely place away from high traffic. It is one floor of our house high ground floor. Area is very suitable for the children since there is no traffic and it is very large space for play. We also have baby beds- cots we can put in one of the bedrooms free of charge of course. Sea and beach are 550 m far from the apartment. Beach is with pebble and suitable for adults and children. Ciovo is famous of large number of beaches so I am sure you will enjoy here.

Family friendly vacation
We had a lovely week, six adults and four children. It was very well suited for an extended family like ours. Shady and Nice garden area with a Great pool that was a big hit. A positive surprise was the separate little «guest house» in the garden with a separate bed room and bathroom. This was not clear to us from the ad. A layout picture/drawing of the property would have made much more clear how the apartment(s) in fact are. The property is quite private, but definitely not a «villa» as the title implies. The property is all on one floor, and there are other apartments with other vacationers above. The entire garden is private to this property though. The apartment contains two small kitchens, and one living room (we were expecting two, but one of the sofa areas we used as bed room).
The location was OK, it seems that to Get a property with pool you will struggle to find one closer to the beach. It was a little further to walk than expected, small children and traffic, but still OK distance to walk.
All in all a really good place to stay with a big family.

Our listing, when you have booked it, was classified as an apartment with private pool and garden and not as a guest house. There are six bedrooms, including the one with sofa beds which you probably confused with the living room (extra space).

Great family vacation!
The host was lovely and welcoming, she helped us with anything we asked. The villa was lovely and the pool and garden were especially nice. there are some other apartments on the floors above this villa, but we did not see much of the other guests. A supermarket and some restaurants are nearby. Great choice for a family vacation!
Superb!
My family of seven people stayed for one week in the house and had a great time! Plenty of space, clean and nice pool, nice garden where you find enough sun beds for all and also a lounge in the shadow. We used the fireplace for barbecue one evening, which was great! There are plenty of bathrooms in the house, so no need to stand in line in the morning as you will have your own "private" bathroom at your disposal. The nearest grocery store is a 10 minutes walk from the house, where you also will find an ATM, a bakery and fruits and vegetables. The house also has two kitchens. On the terrace you will find a big table with enough seats for at least 12 people, and it's in the shadow. There are two beaches, one more natural with a small beach bar, and the bigger one with a lot of typical beach. Highly recommended!
Great villa and perfect hosts
Villa is in a very cozy and quiet place. Private pool, a nice little garden and a spacious terrace are exceptional. Villa is fully equipped, and the host was very friendly and helpful. She showed us how everything works and recommended routes to the center and beaches. We celebrated our daughter’s wedding in the villa, and the host came to ask, do we need something for the party, also she gave a nice present. I certainly recommend this villa for a family vacation.

We stayed here for a week with 15 students from Amsterdam. We enjoyed our stay and loved the beautiful garden with swimming pool. The kitchen outside was great. Also the air conditioning made the nights way better. The island is beautiful and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. One thing that was a bit of a disappointment was that above the house their were a couple of apartments where other guest were staying, so we didn't have as much privacy as we thought we would have. But it wasn't really a problem, only when we wanted to stay in for a drink after 12 pm. They did have their own pool, so we had the garden for ourselves. Another thing is that it's a bit small for 15 people. Some of the beds aren't as comfortable as the rest. I think it's better to stay there with 13 people or less instead of 15. But we made it work, so I bet everyone can. The people that own the house were very polite and we had a great week!

You can access directly by car or by plane (airport is 8 km far), or by boat in Split just 27 km away. Of course you can come by car - if you take a highway from Zagreb, you are in 3 hours in Trogir. You can go by car or by boat everywhere from our apartment. Bridge that connects Ciovo and mainland is 24 hours open and you can cross it normally by car.
You can go by boat to Split, Trogir, Brac, Hvar ... You can go to visit national park Plitvice or Krka national prak ... Middle Dalmatia is ideally located tourist center of Dalmatia.
