Villa with newly built sea view

My house is located in a very quiet area with a wonderful sea view, on the enchanting beach of Costa Rei and the Capo Ferrato Gulf, whether you are inside the house, whether you are dining or dining outdoors on the patio or walks in the garden.
The house is equipped with all the comforts, air conditioning, TV with satellite dish, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, comfortable outside shower also hot, etc ...
At 500 mt. around there is the nice town of Costa Rei with various restaurants, market, pharmacy, medical guard, craft shops, newsstand, games for children, centers divig, and finally there is also a nice and provided twice-weekly open-air market.
Do not forget, of course, the beautiful crystal clear sea with the wonderful beaches and coves of Costa Rei, where even the prestigious Lonely Planet magazine, named as the fifth most beautiful beach in the world Costa Rei.
For those who want to get away, about 20 km is the famous Villasimius, the largest city center and also surrounded by a sea enchanting beaches.

Una vacanza con vista

La casa è veramente in una posizione meravigliosa, è bellissimo e rilassante al mattino fare colazione nel patio con la vista di spiagge e mare fino all’orizzonte. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e ben attrezzata di tutto quello che serve . Il giardino ben curato. . I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. A pochi minuti di macchina si trovano le splendide spiagge sia libere che attrezzate di Costa rei e Piscina rei. Lo consiglio!!

Ein wuderbarer Ort

Das Haus von Giacomo hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Der Ausblick beim Frühstücken auf der Terasse ist einfach atemberaumbend. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. In diesem Sinne die Selbstverpflegung zu Corona-Zeiten überhaupt gar kein Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Danke Giacomo und Carla! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Se vi piacciono le cose belle e il buon gusto...

La mia famiglia ha trascorso a fine luglio una breve vacanza in questo villino davvero molto carino (le foto non rendono a sufficienza!). La casa è molto confortevole, attrezzata e corredata in modo efficiente e completo, gli arredi sono nuovi, tutto ben curato e accogliente. Molto comodo il portico grande dove si può cenare davanti al mare, e quello piccolo dove leggere sulle comode poltrone al fresco. I proprietari sono squisiti e si sono preoccupati di ogni nostra esigenza. La posizione è tranquilla e non troppo lontana dal mare, cui si può accedere tranquillamente anche a piedi. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e consigliamo senza se e senza ma! :-)

Ottima vacanza

Eravamo in tre, la casa è bellissima e ampia, con una grande ed attrezzata cucina. Abbiamo goduto tantissimo le colazioni al mattino nella fresca veranda sotto al portico, con una vista spettacolare su Costa Rei. I proprietari, signor Giacomo e la sua gentile Signora, sono persone premurose e splendide. Non potevamo desiderare di piú da questa vacanza, una delle migliori che abbiamo fatto. Grazie ancora

Bellissima!

Gli spazi esterni così come la casa rispecchiano appieno e superano quanto descritto. In posizione eccezionale, vista mozzafiato. Casa dotata di ogni comfort, sia all'interno che all'esterno. Condizioni contrattuali assolutamente conformi a quanto decritto e pattuito , padrone di casa gentile, cordiale e molto disponibile. Spiagge facilmente raggiungibili senza alcun problema di parcheggio dell'auto. Nelle vicinanze numerosi servizi e negozi . Da consigliare.

vacanze molto rilassanti

abbiamo soggiornato in 4 ad agosto 2014. la casa e' molto piu' luminosa di quanto sembra in fotografia e dotata di ogni accessorio sia per la cucina che per la vita di mare. i proprietari molto cortesi e disponibili.zona molto tranquilla ma con ottima vista mare e in macchina vicina a numerose spiagge. la sera un vero paradiso. la veranda esterna sempre all'ombra e' stata sfruttata in ogni occasione, come la doccia all'esterno.

"Tranquillità assoluta"

"Vista mare stupenda, tranquillità assoluta e soli 8 minuti per la discesa in spiaggia con relativa attrezzatura e 12 per la risalita tra scalinate e viuzze residenziali. Casa come da annuncio. Non ho cucinato perché nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti molto buoni ma le attrezzature indispensabili ci sono. Proprietario discreto e cordiale. Mare e spiaggia fantastici."

Da das Objekt ein Reihenh...

Da das Objekt ein Reihenhaus und kein alleinstehendes Haus war und der Besitzer auch noch ein paar Tage im Kellergeschoss gewohnt hat und es dadurch Lärmbelästigung gab, waren wir ein wenig enttäuscht, denn diese Tatsachen standen nicht in der Beschreibung des Objekts. Die Küche war auch ein wenig spärlich ausgestattet für ein Privathaus, der Ausblick von der Terrasse war einzigartig. Ansonsten waren die Vermieter sehr nett. Die Strände waren im Ort in zehn Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen (Seitenstraßen keine Parkgebühr auch freier Strand).Die Supermärkte im Ort sind teuer und spärlich im Sortiment. Zum Einkaufen fuhren wir nach Muravera und Villaputzu auf Schnellstraße in zehn Minuten zu erreichen, dort gab es mehrere Diskonter und auch tolle einsame Strände. Auch in Villasimius gab es herrliche Strände und wunderbare Eissalons.

"Appartamento grande, moderno, situato idealmente con une bella vista sul mare. Bel paesino con spiagge stupende. I proprietari son stati gentilissimi. Torneremmo con gran piacere. Really nice modern flat, with a nice sea view and located in a small vilage with beautiful beaches. Landlords were extremely kind and we look forward to coming back to that place."

"Locazione conforme a quanto descritto,sia per quanto concerne il contesto che per quanto riguarda le attrezzatura. Posizionata in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Badate però alle spese di acqua,luce e gas che non sono comprese e vi riservano sorprese finali. Un ultima cosa,qui,qualsiasi tipo di documento del vostro soggiorno,contratto,ricevute ecc.. sono considerati "Un servizio",non un obbligo!"

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum e...

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen mit Ausblick auf die Costa Rei. Für alle die Strandurlaub machen wollen mit und ohne Kinder geeignet (wir haben zwei Kinder). Die Finca bieten viel Platz für 4 Personen und wird von einem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten italienischen Ehepaar vermietet. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!
