Luxury Villa close to the beach

Elegant detached villa 100 meters from the beautiful beach of Costa Rei equipped with all comforts. Inside there are two double bedrooms, double bedroom, two brand new bathrooms, living room, kitchen; externally equipped with two covered terraces, garden on four sides with enclosed parking spaces.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, wi fi, barbecue, water reserve, outdoor shower. Recently renovated it has been newly furnished, and the beach is within easy walking distance.
It’s possible to reach the center on foot in five minutes, to do the shopping, to find the first restaurants, bars, pharmacies. Possibility to book excursions, bike and car rental. Ideal for two families with children, for three couples, or for anyone who wants to spend their holidays in comfort and tranquility.
On request it is possible to have a daily cleaning service, linen change, a babysitting service for children, a service for cooking and to have the shopping directly at home. In short, your holiday can become a complete relaxation, where you can simply rest and have fun.

Super Haus am Strand. Es wäre schön wenn die speziellen Abfallsäcke (einer pro Woche) vorhanden wären und man nicht eine ganze Rolle pro Abfallart kaufen muss!

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus und Garten

Das Haus und der Garten samt Einrichtung sind wirklich genauso schön und gepflegt wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist ideal für einen Strandurlaub, da es nur wenige Schritte zum Strand sind. Der Servicebüro ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wonderful villa, shame about the lack of welcoming touches

This was a wonderful villa, and just 70 paces from the beach. 7km of golden sand and aquamarine water on the doorstep. Amazing. The garden and outside terrace were also lovely spaces to relax in. The only negative point was that for the price of the villa (£192 per night) i would have expected more in terms of welcome. And i did not expect to have to pay an additional charge for bedding for each bed. (maybe this was my fault for not reading the small print?) I would also have expected a welcome pack. Just some milk, coffee, sugar would have been enough, just anything so that it wasn't completely empty on arrival. It would also have been nice to have staple things like salt, pepper, oil, washing up cloths, liquid and tea towels! There was literally nothing. And no information pack to the area either. It didn't matter to us as i had done a lot of research beforehand and brought it with me. But i would have expected this. While this was a beautiful villa (and i can't fault the villa it was great), in an amazing location and we had a fantastic 10 days, we felt the little touches we are so used to weren't there. Which was a shame considering the price. It felt like everything was extra and there was no information.
