Surf and sailing schools nearby (5, 10 min). The house is also 5 minutes from the marine lake and the Hossegor golf course.
Located in a very quiet street, but not far from the nightlife of the beaches and the port where many restaurants and night bars are grouped (10 mins).
10 minutes from Hossegor from its beautiful shops and its Surf shop: Billabong, Quiksilver, Rip curl ...
And maybe, if the conditions allow it, you will have the chance to see the biggest surfers in the world compete for the best waves in the region on the spots of: Santocha, the track, the North, the Gravière, the Estagnots ... 🏄 🏼♀️🏄🏾

Située dans le vieux Capbreton à côté de l’ancien couvent, ce quartier de Capbreton est calme loin de l’agitation touristique mais à deux pas de la place avec ses petits restaurants et ses animations.
