Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving, and snorkeling in all the keys.

The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor grill areas and fire pits by the ocean. The property gives guest ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the best fishing, snorkeling, diving and sandbars in the area.
