Rustic old country house with character. The house is 170 sqm on two levels and can accommodate 8 guests. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and a separate bathroom. In the small master bedroom there is a double bed as well as a balcony. The larger bedroom is furnished with one double and two singel beds. The small bedroom has a bunkbed.

The downstairs consists of a large kitchen with fireplace where you can cook wonderful Italian food and socialize with access to the large terrace with the magnificent view. Living room with two sofas and a pellet stove that warm during spring and autumn months and TV. One bedroom with a bathroom attached. In the hallway there is a toilet with washing machine.

The garden is 2500 sqm and filled with lemons, mandarins, figs, sharon fruits, walnuts, cherry trees and olive trees. It is usually cut and plowed twice a year. There is no lawn. There is a large terrace in front of the entrance to the kitchen with magnificent views as well as a small terrace on the upper part of the house. There are two outdoor showers.
