Lake Como - home holiday

Independent villa with garden, equipped terraces and parking space, located in a hilltop village just 15 minutes' drive from Lake Como.
The house consists of a large eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, entrance hall, large living room with fireplace and dining area, masonry mezzanine with study corner, 2 beds, terrace with deck chairs and table. In front of the kitchen a second terrace equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs, umbrella and small barbecue.
In the first bedroom there is a French double bed, in the second one a double bed, on the mezzanine two more single beds (total 6 beds, on request possibility to add another bed) On request camping cot for baby and high chair. The first bathroom consists of toilet, bidet, sink and bathtub, the second one has a toilet sink and washing machine (both with window). Bicycles are available on request (deposit of 50 euros per bicycle to be paid on arrival)
The village is a small historic village above Lake Como from which beautiful walks leave. It is located 15 minutes from the lake, possibility of boat trips, water sports, visits to the villas and villages of the lake. It is also 20km from the famous resort of Bellagio. At 34 km Villa d’Este Golf Club, Montorfano (Como).
In the village there are tennis court, football, volleyball / basketball), restaurants, church, library, food shops, ATM.
Numerous events are held in the summer, including important cultural events.
