About this property

A villa in the heart of Provence!

180m2 on a landscaped plot of 2500m2, 8m*4m swimming pool and a 5-seater spa.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms (only 3 are available for rent) and two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub). Whirlpool and Hydromassage.

On the ground floor there is a large air-conditioned living room, an equipped American kitchen and a 50m2 dining area. This room opens onto a 36m2 air-conditioned veranda which opens fully and opens onto the terrace equipped with a brazier and garden furniture.

In the sleeping area, two bedrooms of 12 and 10m2 each equipped with a double bed as well as a bathroom with shower + whirlpool bath and a separate toilet.

Upstairs an air-conditioned master suite with bathroom shower + bath and a separate toilet.

Rental is available from 20/06/2025 to 04/07/2025.

belles prestations pour une maison accueillante avec piscine très agréable

Très belle villa avec tout le confort et en très bon état . Une cuisine de « rêve » et un grand salon avec climatisation efficace. Chambres conformes au descriptif et salles de bain bien fonctionnelles. la piscine et le jardin sont très agréables et le spa tient ses promesses. coin tonnelle ombragé avec barbecue bien agréable. Et en plus les tomates du jardin sont excellentes. Bref...rien à redire avec des propriétaires sympathiques. Un grand merci à regis qui était disponible et discret en cas de besoin.
