The large windows of the living room, living room and kitchen offer a constantly changing show to the open sea, at the rhythm of the tides, in front of a beautiful fire .....

Lovely place by the sea

Louis a great host. Friendly and welcoming. This house is a gem. Right by the sea in a very quiet area with wonderful views. Endless beaches to explore. It’s very well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery. The beds are so comfy. What more could you ask for?!?!

Absolutely a dream

so close to the sea, watching the weather an tide changing is just spectacular. Great place to be, we will come again. Louis was very kind a so we felt really welcome. Just wonderful.

Sky, sea and the spectacle of the tide in every room

We are an elderly couple, who like to walk on the edge of the sea who has found an ideal place where to rest and start new excursions. The house was very comfortable, the kitchen perfect, two bathrooms: one upstairs and the other downstairs. From every room of the house the view was magnificent: sea, sky and the always different motion of the waves. The host was very friendly with us and we appreciated very much his advices.

Grandioser Meerblick, Komfort leicht eingeschränkt

Der Meerblick aus Haus und Garten ist grandios, so nah kommt man dem Meer sonst kaum. Besonders beeindruckend ist der Blick aus den großen Wohnzimmerfenstern und vom Bett im großen Schlafzimmer aus dem "Wintergartenfenster". Schade ist aber, dass im Wohnzimmer kein Fenster zur Seeseite zu öffnen ist. Die neue Küche ist von der Möblierung und Geräteausstattung her prima, auch Kochutensilien (Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr etc.) sind hinreichend vorhanden. Allerdings sind die bei einem zurückliegenden Wasserschaden entstandenen Folgen noch nicht komplett beseitigt, an der Küchenwand nach außen sind große schwarze Flecken. Aufgrund der Holzdeckenkonstruktion ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, zudem klemmen oben einige Türen. Die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer mit den eingebauten Arbeitsflächen ist sehr praktisch. In den Badezimmern wäre eine bessere Beleuchtung hilfreich. Wünschenswert für ein relativ teures Haus wären bequemere Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer, die Sessel sind für ältere Menschen zu niedrig. Schön wäre es auch, wenn es eine Musikanlage gäbe und für die Gartenstühle Sitzkissen. In diesem Jahr wurden die Stromverbrauchskosten deutlich auf 50 ct./kwh erhöht, wir haben noch 20 ct. pro kwh bezahlt. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Haus.

Magnifique séjour !

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été saisis par la beauté de la vue - la maison est magnifique, très agréable et idéalement située - elle est très bien équipée, rien n'y manque - la literie est très bonne Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique, qui nous a permis de profiter au maximum de notre havre de paix, des couchers de soleil et de l'accès aux rochers et à l'eau. De plus, le propriétaire est très sympathique et très disponible, tout en étant discret. La région est magnifique et riche en promenades. Nous nous sommes régalés avec les poissons et les fruits de mer que nous avons dégustés sur la terrasse avec vue sur mer ! A ne pas manquer..... Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain ! Merci pour cette parenthèse enchantée dans votre belle maison

Zeer prettig verblijf

Het huis staat direct aan de (rotsige) kust. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit het hele huis over de oceaan. Plouescat centrum is ca 4 km vanaf het huis, maar in de directe omgeving zijn er een paar bars /restaurants op loopafstand. Kortom, we hebben het er 2 weken goed naar ons zin gehad

Wir haben die Aussicht vom toll gelegenen und gut eingerichteten Ferienhaus genossen. Vom Vermieter, Louis, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Wir sind immer wieder von der interessanten Küste angetan.

Incroyable et reposant !

Magnifique vacances!!! Une maison exceptionnelle où nous vivons avec les marées,difficile d'être plus proche de l'eau. La maison est parfaite avec une vue à couper le souffle dans toutes les pièces. Il ne manque rien du tout ( mise à part des jours en plus :-)) Peu importe la météo la BRETAGNE et toujours somptueuse. Superbe location

Super vacances!! La maison est idéalement bien située, la vue est vraiment à couper le soufflé et elle est aussi belle de l’intérieur que de l’extérieur car, toutes les pièces à vivres ont vue sur la mer, donc même en cas de mauvais temps, on profite de la mer, magnifique!! C’est un séjour au rythme des marées. La cuisine a été refaite à neuf en 2023 au top. Le propriétaire est vraiment très gentil, ont a bien sympathiser a refaire sans hésiter!! Merci à vous Louis.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und nett.Die Lage des Objektes ist spektakulär schön. Das Haus braucht dringend eine Renovierung und bessere Reinigung! Dennoch, wir haben die Zeit genossen, würden allerdings in diesem Zustand das Haus nicht ein zweites Mal mieten. Zu betonen ist noch die Hellhörigkeit des Objektes

Nous avons, mon mari, un ami et notre fille de 11 ans passe un excellent séjour à Plouescat . Les plages aux alentours sont magnifiques. Les commerces sont à proximité .La vue de la maison est divine. Et Monsieur Dantec est très sympathique. La maison est bien pensée et il ne manque rien ... peut être juste une nespresso ...😉 Nous reviendrons dès qu il nous le sera possible .
