THE APARTMENT
The apartment is new, cozy & charming, suitable for holidays in all seasons, fully furnished, with Internet wireless & shower enclosure with whirpool.
The apartment is located in the village Rezzonico, on the Castle Square and the Church, near the beaches (200m by feet) of the Como Lake.
We have just finished the building renovation and the apartment is fully furnished.
Up to 4 people occupancy is allowed: 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room, on the sofa-bed.
It is suitable for a family.
The minimum stay during Spring, Autumn & Winter is 2 nights;
the minimum stay during Summer is 4 nights.
Check-in from 16.00 and check-out until 11.00.
If you need to arrive late in the evening, we can organize self check-in.

Facilities included: wireless internet access, TV and a spacious living room with the sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven, gas hob with hood, kettle water, espresso machine, toaster), basics for light breakfast (milk, coffee, tea, cereals, sugar,...), bedroom with king-size double bed and bed linen, bathroom with towels and equipped with hairdryer, washing machine, shower (featuring whirpool, stereo, suction and internal lighting), hot water heated by solar energy, radiant heated floors, free car park at 50 m, placed on public roads.

The house in which the apartment is located was fully renovated in 2013/2014 and cured in every detail. The ancient building was completely revalued, providing it with the most advanced technology solutions.
The apartment is composed of a spacious and bright living area with living room and kitchen, overlooking to the outside terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the view of the Castle, the Church and Como Lake. The sofa converts into a double bed.
Through a hallway you reach the sleeping area. The master bedroom is spacious and equipped with a king-size double bed with wooden slats and a 4 doors wardrobes. The bathroom, in fact, it's more like a Spa: your attention falls immediately on the sink in white Carrara marble shaped, but the full-wall mirror drives your attention back to the wall-hung WC and bidet, design objects, on the marbles of the washing-machine and on the fully equipped shower enclosure featuring a whirpool; in the air spreads fragrant aromas.
The pictures illustrate the environments, but to prove that emotion, you have to come directly on the spot.
A spacious closet to store away your luggage and sports equipment is also available beside the bathroom.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire apartment and its terrace.
It is forbidden to smoke in the house.
No pets allowed.
Do not disturb the neighbors with shouts and noises.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We will be happy to personally welcome guests upon arrival to show them the features of the apartment and give advice on interesting places that are located in the district.
We will then always available by phone for the duration of your stay, and we will be there to greet them at the start and to gather their impressions and suggestions.

THE AREA
The apartment proposed to our guests is located in the Centre of the village Rezzonico, a pedestrian only area, and overlooks the Square of the Castle and the Church.
The lake is within walking distance (200 m) and it can be easly reached through an ancient stone-made stairway. A romantic walk leads to the touristic pier on the one hand and to the beach beside the castle walls on the other.
If you love biking and walking, you can use the cycling track starting 200 m from the apartment, or take a walk in the woods, on the ancient 'Strada Regina' (literally The Queen's Street) built by Romans, and visit the ruins of “Castellaccio'.

A TOUR AROUND
By car or bus, in 10 min. you can reach Menaggio and the famous Villa Carlotta, or embark on a boat and sail on Lake Como (20 min) to the picturesque Bellagio or Varenna.
The towns of Como and Lugano (the latter situated in Switzerland) are within 1 h driving distance. Como is connected also by direct public transports.
Heading North, it is possible to reach the small village of Gravedona (15 min), and further Valtellina (1 h drive), or St Moritz (1 h 15 min drive), where you can enjoy the mountains landscape and offers and the fine food specialities. In Autumn, in Valtellina, there are various food and wine festivals that will let you pleasently discover the spirit of the area.

OTHER THINGS TO HIGLIGHT FOR GUESTS
Within short walking distance, almost next door, you can reach a grocery store, a bar, a wine & food bar, a restaurant and a pizzeria.
All services (pharmacy, shops, etc.) are also close to the apartment, in the municipality of San Siro.
