Oceanesque is more then just a home, it is a true Montauk experience. This home sits on a peaceful and private half acre of property surrounded by lush vegetation with upper decks facing distant Ocean views. Minutes from beaches, town, golf course, pools and tennis. The exterior of this home has brand new Nantucket Seacoast Grey Mebiac Cedar Shingles along with new Anderson windows and 2 sliding glass doors. The master bedroom has a new driftwood colored Joss and Main King Size driftwood colored bed and a new Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress facing a Samsung Smart TV. There are two new full length mirrors on the back of bedroom one and two doors and blow dryers in each bathroom. The staircase has a new Dash and Albert colorful and soft stairs runner. The 40 foot by 20 foot inground built in pool designed by Patrick's Pools of the Hamptons has a grand staircase, a deep end bench seat, a salt water system, a propane heating system, color changing LED night Lights, a safety yard fence with locking gate and a 26 foot by 10 foot Cambridge Blue Stone patio and new patio furniture and umbrella. The property was fully landscaped with new lush green Sod installed by local builder Peter Joyce Custom homes and landscaping. The extensive sprinkler system was designed and installed by local irrigation company Rain dance Irrigation Systems. This home is in compliance with East Hampton Town Rental Registration Codes and our rental registry number is 16-181.

Description doesn't do it justice....

All the photos and the prior review are 100% accurate, but probably don't say enough nice about the place. The home is completely up-to-date and beautifully quiet and relaxing. It's extremely well maintained and cared for. The home is also a short walk to the beaches and to the center of town with its restaurants and night life. Whether it's the outdoors, the laid back lifestyle of Montauk, or even just some peace and quiet, this place is it.

Great retreat for the family

We had an amazing two week stay to end the summer. Michael was super attentive/responsive and the house had everything we needed. We loved having the pool and made for a great break from the beach or good way to end the day. The house is very nicely appointed with top end appliances and smart TVs, so had all the comforts of home. Location is great...a short walk to town and right around the corner from Montauk Downs. In the past we had stayed in Hither Hills with private beach parking so was concerned we would have issue getting a spot at the town beach...turned out to be no issue as we easily found parking no matter what time we went to the beach. The kids are already asking to go back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home with all the amenities.

Montauk 2020

We truly enjoyed this property. It was a perfect home for our family. The house was clean and modern and fully equipped with everything we needed both indoors and for outdoor activities such as tennis and kayaking and bicycling. It was conveniently located close to town and Montauk Downs. The outdoor property was wonderful with two dining areas (upstairs deck and poolside)and a beautiful heated pool and state of the art outdoor grill. Michael was a fabulous host always available for anything we needed. I highly recommend this rental property.

The house and all accommodations were impeccable!

Our overall experience was amazing! The house the pool and all amendities were updated and met more then our expectations. The entire family felt comfortable and relaxed! We were so close to all restaurants beaches and great shopping in town. In all great experience first time around.

August 2015 Family Vacation

The home was as advertised and more! Clean, bright, fully air-conditioned, well appointed with new heated pool, blue stone patio and patio furniture, BBQ Grill, etc.. The upstairs deck has a nice view and gets a beautiful ocean breeze. The location is close to town, beaches and marinas, however you will most likely bike or drive to all but it is walkable. Great location for a morning run on back roads and around Golf Course. The house comes with fishing rods, bikes, a canoe, boogie boards, beach chairs and much more. Michael & Jenny the homeowners were very attentive and available via call or text at a moments notice before, during and after our stay! Would rent again without hesitation.

Love this place!

Best Long weekend ever!! We booked this place because we thought it would be great to hang at with our family, but then our family didnt come with us! Kids went to the grandparents... Anyway, it would've been great if they were there - lots of space to enjoy the gorgeous scenery on the deck.. or in the yard, two great levels to hang out inside also! The decor is so fun for a beach weekend... Really comfortable. Beds, sofas, and we especially loved the TV in the bathroom! This is a great house near everything you want to be in in Montauk - just a quick drive or bikeride to the docks, Ditch Plains beach, the town, etc. And, nice and quiet at night after a long day! The owners are great too - and everything was in perfect working order! We hope to go back soon...

5- Stars!! High End Luxury Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury vacation home. If you need a place to relax and enjoy all the fun things to do in Montauk, this is the place to stay! The location is close to town and the beach. Or if you choose, you can totally kick back on the patio and enjoy the wonderful views, the breeze and the stars at night. We spent most of our time on the patio eating lobsters and striped bass on the grill. The downstairs bath with Jacuzzi tub and steam shower was a AMAZING!! The house has everything you need and the owners we're a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend staying here during you next trip to Montauk!

Highly recommended

This house is a great gem in Montauk. It is close to town, while at the same time, quiet and peaceful. The owners take great care of the house - it is very clean, comfortable and every room is up-to-date especially with all the high-end appliances and TVs. I could spend hours in the downstairs spa/bathroom :) There is a nice porch to hang out and grill and plenty of space for lawn activities like badminton and Frisbee. The owners are pleasant and easy to talk to. They know Montauk really well and happy to make suggestions on whatever you choose to explore (fishing, kids activities, bars, food, etc.). Stay here, you'll love it!

Beautiful property

Everything was brand new and high end. Very comforting and relaxing place to get away. Located on a quiet, laid back road. Lots of privacy. The Bathroom / spa on the first floor was really impressive. We really enjoyed grilling out on the big, second floor deck overlooking the ocean off in the distance. Very close to some of the best fishing this country has to offer. We will definitely be back!

The ocean views. A brand new built in salt water heated pool with LED lights. The extensive decks. The flat yard. The lush natural trees and bushes surrounding the property. The peace and quietness of the neighborhood in close proximity to everything everyone wants to come to Montauk for.
