Gelungener Aufenthalt

Einfach nur toll!!Gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Besonders der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles. Die Spülmaschine war defekt und binnen kurzer Zeit wurde eine neue besorgt. Der Blick ist einfach nur traumhaft. Alled ist sehr ruhig. Immer wieder gerne!!!Wieder gerne.

Urlaub sehr kurzem Weg zum Strand und Meerblick

Die Unterkunft war älter, hat aber im großen und ganzen unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Mit einem großen Wermutstropfen. Die Wohnung war klar mit WLAN ausgeschrieben und dass hatte sie nicht. Selbst des mobile Netz ist sehr schlecht und beständig nur auf dem Balkon. Wir hatten drei Hauptentscheidungspunkte bei unserer Suche der Unterkunft. Küche, strandnah und WLAN. Daher war das in unserem Fall sehr ärgerlich. Bei zwei Teenager ganz ohne WLAN ist das etwas schwierig. Was man noch wissen sollte, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mitzubringen oder über den Vermieter zu leihen. Das wiederum war für unser Empfinden teuer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist aber super und man ist in einer Minute zu Fuß am Strand. Der war sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist bei Fragen und Problemen immer erreichbar. Wer es einfach mag, dem sollte die Unterkunft zusagen. Wer aber einen hohen Anspruch an den Standard der Ausstattung hat, eher weniger.

Lovely view, but ok Appartment

The location of the appartment is wonderful, right on the beach and amazing views from the Balcony/Terrace. That is all about this place. * The advert says parking is available. No, there is no private parking and the area is packed and very hard to get a parking on the street. * The kids beds literally fell apart and they were only metal with wooden rods. * The Shower cabin is 60X60 and only kids can move inside. As an adult you cannot move. * The Terrace is lovely, but has sun all day. The Umbrella available does not fit on the stand. We asked the owner if there was another one. He told us we should use a cardboard to fill up the whole around. We laughed, paying over 4 000 Euros and they cannot even provide descent shade to enjoy the Sunny terrace.

Superbe maison vue sur mer

La maison est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Monsieur Septours, nous a très bien accueillis . Il est à l'écoute de toutes réclamations, et donne de très bonnes adresses pour manger ou pour se balader. Ne le remercions pour sa gentillesse. N'hésitez pas une seconde et allez à Valras-Plage, vous ne serez pas déçus

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est idéalement située en front de mer. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et disponible. Le séjour à été très appréciable.

Vue et situation exceptionnelles

Les plus: Situation de l'appartement incroyable avec vue imprenable. Très grand balcon. Vaisselle en quantité. Les propriétaires sont juste à côté, très disponibles en étant discrets et ils sont vraiment très sympas. les moins: Sur l'offre il est marqué place de parque, mais elle n'existe pas, il faut se parquer dans la rue et ce n'est pas toujours libre et pas beaucoup de place. Il n'y a pas de WC séparé et la salle de bain est vraiment très petite. Les lits sont très fermes. Le wifi n'a pas un très bon signale. A 30 min à pied du centre. En conclusion la situation et la qualité de la plage (nettoyée et surveillée) rendent cet appartement très agréable et compétitif, nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances avec nos enfants.
