YOU WILL HAVE AN A GREAT VACATION STAYING HERE. THIS CONDO AND THE ENTIRE COMPLEX IS IN UNBELIEVABLE CONDITION. DON'T MISS STAYING HERE!!!

Palms of Dune Allen is a 24 unit, three story condominium complex in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is across the street from the Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club. We are six miles east of Sandestin and two miles west of Grayton Beach.

We are right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You do not have the cross the street or walk down a public walkway to get to the private beach. You can leave your beach chairs on the beach for your entire stay. We have the most gentle sloping walkway to the beach of any development in the area.

Our unit is on the second floor of a secured entry development. There is an elevator available. The unit is elegantly furnished.

There is a king-size bed in both the master and guest bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen and bunk bed, with a trundle. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a huge, open living/dining area.

The unit comes with linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need except food. Beach chairs and chaise lounges are included. There is secured access to and from the beach.

There are TVs with cable in every bedroom. Two of the TVs have HD DVRs. We have high speed wireless internet access for your use at no additional cost.

The pool area has an ice maker to fill your coolers for the beach. The sunsets are incredible!!!

This is our second home, and we like to share our pride and joy with others who appreciate luxury furnishings and amenities as we do and will respect the unit as if it was their own. NO SMOKING or PETS are allowed.

Wonderful Spring Break!

Great Place for a vacation!

Very nice accommodations! The views of the beach and ocean were perfect for my family's first Gulf Coast vacation. The condo is nicely appointed and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The owner did a great job coordinating the directions, access, area amenities, etc. I highly recommend renting his place!

Wonderful condo, great location!

We stayed for a week with my sister and her family. We absolutely loved it! The condo overlooks the pool and has a great view of the Gulf! Beautiful unit in a great area with less crowd in a more quaint setting than up in Destin but still only a short drive to the outlet malls, Bass Pro etc. Very happy with everything and hope to rebook in the future.

Directly on the beach!

If you want the wow factor and direct on beach stay then this condo is for you. 2nd story with wonderful views of ocean and the pool. Short short short walk downstairs and over walkway to beach. So glad we did not rent a house on the interior of town...would have been so disappointed!

Amazing stay!

We have stayed at The Palms of Dune Allen for 10+ years and have always been very satisfied with the various units. This year, however, was above and beyond what we have come to expect. This condo was truly wonderful. We had great views of the beautiful beach; we were in very close proximity to the elevator; and the condo was beautifully decorated and very-well-stocked. The bedding arrangement made it very easy to sleep our group of 8, with room to spare. The owners also allowed use of their personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Check-in packet was mailed well in advance of our trip and was extremely thorough with instructions and valuable information. It will not be a difficult decision about which condo to look for when we make our next trip to the beautiful beaches of Santa Rosa!

Amazing location

No high rise buildings. Plenty of space on the beach. Not over crowded. Sand felt like powder. So soft. We all loved it and would definitely visit again. Condo had plenty of room for seven people. Even had games we played at night. Kids loved that!

Beautiful gulf front condo on 30A

Very communicative owner and beautifully remodeled condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. We have been staying along 30A for many years and this was an especially pleasant stay. Restaurants are very crowded this year, so we cooked a lot!!
