Very comfortable near the beach in a small community house. House size 100 m². Total area 200 m².Se garden is a semi-detached house, fully furnished and equipped with all appliances. The house has two porches, indoor parking and small front garden. Located in a small quiet community with easy access by rail, auropuerto and highways.

Great garden and pool, newly built two-story living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, laundry, 2 porches and private indoor parking. Community pool. Ideal for a family with 6 people. A 250 m. an extensive and attractive beach of fine golden sand and very suitable for bathing, in a context of very attractive cliffs. Possibility to practice water sports.

Full bathroom with tub and shower, close to manpara, bidet and washbasin. Hair dryer.

Small toilet with shower, closing with screen, toilet, and sink (Ground floor).

KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with large fridge freezer, vitocerámica cooker, electric oven, dishwasher. microwave, toaster, coffee maker, grill, extractor, juicer, electric jug,

etc. Extending table. Very complete team of cookware (drums, cutlery, etc.)

A wide assortment of all the basics to start cooking: many spices, salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee, etc.

HALL. DINING ROOM:

Spacious living room of 21m², very bright, with 2 comfortable sofas, LCD TV 40 '(TDT / HDMI), Sat-TV, DVD player. Music CDs and DVDs. Extendable dining table. Equipped with air conditioning

OTHER DEPENDENCIES OF THE HOUSE:

LAUNDRY ROOM, with washing machine and cleaning supplies. Iron and ironing board, a wide range of washing and cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
