House with garden located in a quiet place near the access roads and shops, 10 minutes walk from the bus lines and the train station, 10 minutes drive from the beach. A large wooden terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy the beautiful days, a ping-pong table is available. Uncovered parking inside the property. In the basement, possibility of using the washing machine, there is also a pantry. On the ground floor, kitchen with high table, dishwasher 6 persons, built-in oven, 3 gas burners; fridge ; living room ; dining room ; bedroom with dressing room; large bathroom and WC apart. The bed (160) is equipped with twin mattresses (2 x 80) shape memory and two electric bed bases to adapt his sleeping plan. On the first floor mezzanine with library, piano corner, two bedrooms (beds 140), one with shower room and separate WC. The sofa of the library is convertible into a bed of 140. Possibility to provide sheets and towels.

Lovely house and gardens

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful family home. It's about 45-50 mins walk to the centre of Biarritz, but only 5 mins or so walk to the train station, from which multiple buses run to the town centre on a regular basis, so really easy to get around. We were delayed on arrival due to traffic, but Christine left the keys out for us and checked that we'd arrived, leaving a lovely welcome pack in the fridge, and helpful instructions for using all the appliances. The only slight issue we had was initially not being able to use the air conditioning, which had been disabled. We'd specifically booked this house because it had air-conditioning in each bedroom and when we mentioned this, Christine helpfully told us how to re-enable it. We didn't need to use it much, but it was helpful as we acclimatized for the first few days. Lovely accommodation and great communication with the hosts - would recommend!

Cette maison a Ă©tĂ© idĂ©ale pour nos 2 semaines de vacances au Pays Basque : maison trĂšs agrĂ©able avec tout le confort tant Ă  l’intĂ©rieur (3 chambres, 2salles de bains et 2 wc sĂ©parĂ©s, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t, fraĂźche mĂȘme sans utiliser les climatisations, grand salon cathĂ©drale, cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e, machine Ă  laver, wifi, tv, hifi
) qu’a l’extĂ©rieur avec une grande terrasse Ă©quipĂ©e notamment d’une plancha, jardin arborĂ© sans vis-Ă -vis - un vrai avre de paix aprĂšs des journĂ©es bien remplies !Elle etait par ailleurs idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour nos vacances dĂ©couverte du Pays Basque puisque nous permettant de partir directement de la maison soit dans l’arriĂšre pays (tous ces merveilleux villages depuis Saint Pee sur Nivelle jusqu’à Saint Jean Pied de Port) avec leurs maison typiques, fĂȘtes, marchĂ©s , grottes
), dans les montagnes (plusieurs randonnĂ©es tous niveaux avec des vues incroyables Ă  360 degrĂ©s Ă  la frontiĂšre avec l’Espagne), soit dans Biarritz, soit vers l’autoroute (5 min) pour nos excursions sur le littoral (plages, visites culturelles, sentier du littoral, fĂȘtes/concerts) depuis Bayonne jusqu’à Fontarabie, San Sebastian et mĂȘme Getaria en Espagne. Elle est par ailleurs situĂ©e proche de la gare de Biarritz ce qui peut ĂȘtre facilitant pour la famille ou amis. Cette localisation apporte beaucoup de libertĂ© et fait gagner du temps du fait du monde qu’il peut y avoir au centre des villes.Un grand merci aux adorables propriĂ©taires pour ces vacances inoubliables en famille !

Sous le soleil de la CĂŽte Basque

TrĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour entre amis dans une maison typique du Pays Basque. IdĂ©alement placĂ©e Ă  deux pas du centre de Biarritz et de la plage d’Ibarritz accessible en vĂ©lo. Maison fonctionnelle avec une jolie terrasse et des propriĂ©taires accueillants. Seul bĂ©mol, un petit dĂ©nivelĂ© sur le carrelage de la terrasse Ă  l'entrĂ©e sur lequel tout le monde Ă  butĂ© et oĂč je me suis fracturĂ©e le 5 eme mĂ©tatarse... Toutefois nous garderons un trĂšs bon souvenir de nos vacances dans cette magnifique rĂ©gion.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus zum Entspannen

Wir haben das Haus fĂŒr wunderschöne AusflĂŒge zum Strand, in die Stadt und zu großem Teil auch fĂŒr die Umgegend genutzt. Sowie auch einfach zur Entspannung auf der Terrasse. FĂŒr alles ist es sehr gut geeignet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. FĂŒr Familien sehr zu empfehlen! Einziges Manko ist der Verkehr Richtung Stadt zu bestimmen Zeiten. Es geht zuweilen gar nichts mehr. Hier empfiehlt sich, den Bus vorzuziehen, der auch die gĂ€ngigen StrĂ€nde und die Innenstadt deutlich zĂŒgiger anfĂ€hrt. So spart man sich auch die Parkplatzsuche, und die Haltestelle ist fußlĂ€ufig vom Haus gut zu erreichen.

Une jolie maison basque dans un bel environnement

Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances dans cette maison trÚs confortable et parfaitement équipée. La grande terrasse bien exposée donne sur les bois et un trÚs joli jardin. Tous les commerces sont à proximité et le bord de mer et les plages à 5minutes en voiture. A recommander sans réserve pour de belles vacances en famille, de plus les propriétaires sont charmants et trÚs disponibles pour vous fournir toutes les informations utiles.

Comme chez nous

Merci Ă  Christine et Jean-Pierre pour leur gentillesse et la qualitĂ© de leur accueil. Ils nous laissent leur maison avec tout l'Ă©quipement pour passer de trĂšs belles vacances. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et les couteaux parfaitement aiguisĂ©s, la plancha fonctionne Ă  merveille et nous avons pu profiter du trĂšs beau potager qui a Ă©tĂ© d'une grande gĂ©nĂ©rositĂ© en tomates :-). La proximitĂ© des dock avec son lot d'excellents commerçants nous a permis de nous approvisionner quotidiennement en produits frais et de qualitĂ©. Pour les golfeur, le club d'Arcangues Ă  moins de 10' est une bĂ©nĂ©diction. L'arrĂȘt de bus Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la maison permet de se rendre au centre-ville facilement. Enfin, seuls petits bĂ©mol peut-ĂȘtre, la prĂ©sence assidue de moustiques en fin de journĂ©e et la circulation incessante Ă  laquelle nous ne sommes pas habituĂ©s. Une belle adresse dans tous les cas pour passer un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able Ă  Biarritz et dans la rĂ©gion.

Lovely house

The property is located in a nice quiet location on the outskirts of Biarritz. The house was all lovely and clean when we arrived, was extremely comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed for our stay. The beach is a 30 minute walk away, or a 10 minute drive. The pizza store just down the hill from the house is highly recommended along with the bakery Laurent which is about a 10 minute walk away. We had a lovely holiday in Biarritz and the surrounding area and would recommend this property as somewhere to stay.
