"A spacious apartment ful...

"A spacious apartment full of character and with a lovely balcony overlooking the town, where I entertained, read and ate most of my meals. Well appointed with all the necessary equipment, plus delightful landlords. Even the 3 flights of stairs were welcome exercise after too many visits to the gelateria opposite. Highly recommended!"

"The apartment was very clean and more accommodating and comfortable than we expected. The owner was very friendly and helpful too, always available with help at the end of the phone. The only complaint I have is that the advert states that there is Cable TV but in reality the card is missing from the machine so unless you can take your own there is very little access to TV - particularly annoying with non-Italian speaking children on rainy afternoons. Great location, great view. I highly recommend it."

Bellisimo!

Absolutely fantastic stay in Lucca. Lucia and Maurizio are amazing hosts. They went above and beyond what was expected and are by far the best hosts we’ve ever had. The apartment was very clean and charming. The patio area had a beautiful view of the Guinigi Tower, especially at night when it is illuminated. The main bedroom was perfect for my wife and I. The two bathrooms were very convenient. The location is awesome. Very close to everything you’d like to do/see. Their restaurant and site recommendations were spot on. Again, I can not stress enough how awesome Lucia and Maurizio are as hosts! Grazie mille!!

Absolutely amazing!

Lucia could not have been a better host! The home was immaculate! Everything was perfect and the home was very comfortable. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony with the amazing views. The home is set up with everything you could need. Lucia was always quick to respond and helpful with whatever you needed. We will be staying here on any and all return trips to Lucca.

Beautiful Lucca

The property projects the sense of history that is the essence of Lucca. In other words, it is really old with the original low and rough timber ceilings but it also has all the mod cons. The perfect mix! To spend time in this apartment in the heart of Lucca is to become, as far as is possible on a visit, part of the community.
