You will love to live in the heart of Paris with its historic monuments. You are not far from everything, boutiques for shopping and restaurants for gourmets.
Remember the zoological gardens one of Parisian attractions to 3 minutes walk and the Louis Vuitton museum is near.

Convenient accommodation

Yves provided a high quality place for us to stay in Paris, very close to the activities we wanted to partake in. The house was in great conditions, however it was unfortunate that he didn't meet us in person and that he charged us extra unexpectedly. We look forward to meeting him in the near future. This cute spacious one bedroom, one bathroom was close to the Metro station at Porte Maillot. In a secured residential building with a front desk so felt safe. Unit was fairly clean. Not luxurious with utilitarian basic furnishings. Doesn't have AC or any ceiling fans so could potentially be warm on a hot summer day. But has a drop down window covering that allowed the window to remain open at nights. Bathroom was ok without any additional toilet paper towards the last day of our stay. Towels were basic. Didn't see any additional supply closet for toilet paper or shower/soap supply. Did not use the kitchen but had a nice refrigerator. Has a small washer in the bathroom but didn't use it during this stay. Owner very helpful communicating via emails and responded quickly.

Nous sommes un couple de retraités et avec notre fils nous avons retenu cet appartement pour 7 jours. C'est un appartement lumineux, très propre, bien insonorisé et à moins de 3 mn à pied de la station de métro "Porte Chaillot". Par contre, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé,LES LOCATAIRES N'ONT PAS ACCES AUX SERVICES DE LA RESIDENCE à moins d'être accompagnés par le propriétaire ! (pour les repas par exemple). Ce point ne doit pas être un critère de sélection dans le choix de l'appartement. Il n'en reste pas moins que nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement.

We appreciated our stay in Paris. The apartment was well located, close to the Palais des congrès, groceries stores, métro, fondation Vuitton, restaurants. We appreciated the security. We Will recommand maybe better bathtowels, and bed sheets. Maybe more fourniture Like bed side tables and a bigger tv. Maybe add something cooking ustencils. Wifi was perfect. Thank you.

Extrêmement bien situé, très propre

Venue pour le salon des entrepreneurs les 3 et 4 février 2016, j'ai apprécié le rapport qualité/prix et la proximité immédiate du Palais des Congrès à 2mn à pied. L'appartement dispose d'une kitchenette, mais il est possible de se rendre au restaurant de la résidence avec supplément très abordable. Proche de tout (RER C, métro ligne 1, autocars pour les aéroports). Je reviendrai lors de prochains salons.
