If you want to chill out this summer, come to Le Conquet, holiday resort city.

This roomy, luminous and pleasant house of 130m2 on 900m2 of closed and nice garden (kindergarden) is perfect for your children. If offers all confort : 3 room with bed linen of quality, 1 bathroom with two wash-hand basins, 2 loos. The kitchen is well-equiped (freezer, dishwasher, plate induction....)

The living room leads towards 2 patios/teraces. One is a wooden made terace (south-west oriented) with a pergola, deckchairs and a Barbecue : assured relaxation!!! You will be seduced by the resting place.

Well located and close to the city center (200m), the seaside/beaches (400m) and a peaceful park (100m), you will enjoy your holiday. All can be done with foot!!!

Un petit coin de rêves au Conquet !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Laurence et Gilles. L'accueil est très chaleureux et convivial. Il ne manque rien dans cette belle maison joliment décorée qui garantie un dépaysement total. Un petit coin de paradis ! Avec la plage et les commerces à proximité ! La pointe Saint Mathieu, les îles au départ de le Conquet pour une découverte de magnifiques paysages ! Nous y retournerons c'est sûr ! Adresse à recommander.

La maison de Laurence est vraiment magnifique, et telle que définie dans la description. Les deux terrasses sont terribles, la maison très spacieuse et aménagée avec bcp de goût. Le centre du conquet et les plages sont vraiment proches. Laurence est une personne très chaleureuse. On y reviendra.

Gut gepflegtes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, schöner Garten. Das Haus liegt abseits der Hauptstraße, trotzdem sind Zentrum, Hafen und mehrere Strände fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn das Haus mit 6 Personen voll belegt wird, ist ein Badezimmer etwas knapp. Die Betten entsprechen dem französischen Standart.

"The house was just great...

"The house was just great: central but still quiet location near the village center with shops and restaurants, nice and stylish furnishings, light and spacious, well-equipped (kitchen, electric appliances etc.), spotlessly clean, beautiful garden big enough for us." In addition, we were welcomed and said goodbye very warmly by the owners parents. We got very good instructions for the house and useful hints what to see, where to eat etc. All this in French, but thanks to their clear and sympathetic mode of expression we manage to understand all despite our poor French. We also appreciated very much that our dog (big poodle) was welcome too. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and felt home there.

L''accès aux commerces se fait par de petites ruelles, et il y a de nombreuses possibilités de promenades (dont l''accès aux Blancs-Sablons par une passerelle piétonne). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Une mention spéciale pour la propreté: nous avons trouvé une maison IMPECCABLE. (Tout) petit bémol: la baignoire n''est pas équipée de protection (rideau, idéalement vitre) pour prendre une douche."

"Superbe maison, au calme, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et qui n'est qu'à 5/10 minutes à pied du centre ville. Les seuls détails et j'insiste sur le mot détails qui seraient susceptibles d'être améliorés sont: un rideau de douche à la baignoire, la pose de lampes et tables de chevet, un radio-réveil, ainsi qu'augmenter le tarif de la location forfaitairement afin d'inclure le prix de l'eau sans devoir se référer à un compteur. D'une manière générale, il s'agit d'une super location que je recommande sans hésiter à toute personne qui désire se rendre dans cette région. De plus, les propriétaires sont accueillant, généreux et disponibles. Que demander de plus ?"
