Very well equipped villa with heated swimming pool (10 x 6 bean) and large terrace (deck chairs) partly covered (large garden table and chairs). 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds 90 x 190 and 2 bedrooms with double bed 200 x 180). 2 bathrooms (shower and bath) and 2 separate toilets. Well-equipped open kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.). Cellar with washing machine, fridge and freezer, ironing board and iron. Land (1200 m² fully fenced) and small BQ house. Heated pool with alarm, garden shower, pool maintenance guaranteed. Automatic watering. ADSL internet box. Ocean 15 min. on foot and pool at 5 min. walk. ping pong table. Nearby: tennis, horse riding club, cycle paths, fishing, boat rental and shuttle to Arcachon.

Lovely house in great location , the lady greeting was really lovely and very helpful. its a lovely area. I was taken aback by the cleaning fee which not not mentioned on the listing when I booked.

Oasis of calm

We had a fantastic week at the property and made great use of the pool. Lots of space and everything you could possibly need (apart from maybe a fan given the extreme weather!) the hosts were fantastic and made everything easy. We hired bikes and spent most evenings on the eastern beaches which were amazing. Lots of fun family memories made !

Beste Erholung am Cap Ferret

Das Haus liegt hervorragend mit kurzen (Fahrrad-)Wegen zum Strand, Bassin, Restaurants und zu den Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs. Die großzügige Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen und innen ist alles da, was man als Familie braucht - außerdem großzügig für Besucher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Belle maison fonctionnelle au calme

Nous avons apprécié pouvoir petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse près de la piscine dès le matin avec un petit soleil avant que la météo moins clémente ne nous le permette plus. Mais la vue sur la piscine depuis le salon nous a consolé. Les plages environnantes sont très belles et à perte de vue avec un sable incroyablement fin. Pour aller à Arcachon nous avons utilisé le ferry très pratique qui relie les 2 endroits en moins de 30 mn.

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette très jolie villa. Une belle piscine pour se détendre au retour de la l’Océan (5 minutes en vélo) et un emplacement idéal (entre mer et bassin) caractérisent cette jolie villa au calme d’un des plus beaux villages du Cap Ferret. Un très bel accueil de la propriétaire, de judicieux conseils sur le surf et la presqu’île pour notre arrivée. Tout ceci a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Nous souhaitons uniquement revenir !!!

Eine Woche und 7 Personen

Das Haus war optimal für eine Woche und 7 Personen. Man findet in der Küche auch alle Utensilien die man zum Kochen oder grillen braucht. Der Pool war super und es gibt sogar eine Tischtennis platte. Die Einrichtung ist gut und schön, aber natürlich kein Luxus. Es gibt eine super Dusche, eine Badewanne sowie zwei separate Toiletten. Die Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke und mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall an. Am Cap Ferret muss man eh keine großen Strecken zurücklegen.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus an ruhiger Lage

Wir haben als drei-Generationen-Familie (4 Erwachsene, 3 kleine Kinder) in diesem Haus zwei Wochen Ferien verbracht und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber, hat grosszügige und helle Zimmer, ein schöner und grosser Pool. Es hat alles gut funktioniert, die Haushälterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Haus vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen! Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die durchgelegenen Matratzen und die nicht mehr so guten Betten. Ein Kinderstuhl wäre sehr praktisch.

A relaxing location

This is a nice property in a quiet area of Lege-Cap-Ferret. Well situated for the beaches and Oyster bars. The pictures and description are all accurate and we had no problems with the property. We had an excellent holiday, if you rent bicycles and and you can explore the peninsular without the need to get into the car !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites dans cette très jolie maison. Très bon équipement, décorée avec goût. La piscine est très agréable, le coin barbecue est une très bonne idée. Toute la zone résidentielle est très calme. Possibilité d'aller sur le bassin à pied en 15 minutes. Dans le centre du Canon tous les commerces disponibles. Bref nous recommandons vivement cette location.

lovely house

We had a great stay in this lovely house, situated in a quiet neighborhood in le Canon. The ocean and the bassin are at walking distance. We had everything we needed at our disposal. We enjoyed the dining area of the terrace where we could eat, even when it rained. The bedrooms are very comfortable and having two bathrooms was very convenient. Heleen and the caretaker are very friendly and reacted swiftly when we had any questions. We would recommend this house to families and groups of friends.

Das Haus liegt in einer Villensiedlung. Der Verkehr ist gering, weil nur Anwohner dort fahren. Die Grundstücksgröße ist ausreichend. Der Pool hat eine breite Einstiegstreppe. Das Grillhaus verfügt über einen Holzkohlegrill und einen Gas-Stahlplatten-Grill. Die vier Schlafzimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. Es gibt zwei Bäder und zwei getrennte Toiletten. Für sehr dicke Menschen könnten die kleinen Toiletten zum Problem werden. Das Haus ist, gerade im Küchenbereich, sehr gut und auch hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Fernsehsender sind ausschließlich französisch. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Die Betreuerin des Hauses war sehr flexibel und hat alles wissenswerte erklärt. Die Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Das Meer ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit, sowie Restaurants sind in ca. Zwei Kilometer Entfernung. Das Haus kann man mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
