About this property

We have THREE KING BEDROOMS so everyone can be happy! You will love our Newly remodeled home with over 1600 sq. ft. You can feel confident that the unit is CLEAN! Soak in some sun or cool off at the community POOL and HOT TUB! We provide the pool towels. Enjoy plenty of PARKING for your trailers. With a large dining table, you can all gather around and talk about the day's adventures! There is also a generous sized gathering room, a huge well stocked group kitchen so you can have many cooks, a cozy gas fireplace, a FENCED YARD, and an oversized 2 car garage with Foosball and a new air hockey table for the kids (or adults)! Take in the beautiful views of Moab Rim out back while gathered around the GAS FIRE PIT. Just 12 minutes to Arches, and all in a quiet neighborhood.

The community pool and hot tub are just a short walk away and pool towels are provided.

Great location

We had a great stay. Close to town and convenient locations to visit all the parks. It would be nice if when we arrived and throughout the day the thermostat didn’t reset to such a high temp that then took hours to cool off.

We are a family of 5 from Park City, Utah. Our kids all grew up dirt biking so Moab was a natural place for us to go for long weekends until we ended up buying this unit. We love having a home we can share with people who also enjoy the beautiful landscape of Moab!

Why they chose this property

We discovered Moab in 2003, and in 2007 decided we decided to buy a place. We bought the unit before it was built and had several custom features put into it as it was being built, making it an even more comfortable and unique space. It is at the far end of the street away from the highway and has plenty of street parking for trailers for your toys!

What makes this property unique

You will love coming back to our home after a long day of adventuring whether it's to relax on the huge back patio with the fire pit, or gather around the cozy gas fireplace in the living area. You can have many cooks in our large, well stocked kitchen cooking a great meal! Then have your whole group gather around the large dining table to talk about the day's adventures! Or you can sit out at the outdoor dining table and enjoy the beautiful views of Moab Rim and even some party lights! Bring your favorite BBQ chef to cook out on the grill!

No need to draw straws for the king bed because we have three of them! Each bedroom has a smart TV, storage and 2 of the bedrooms lead to a private back patio. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a new walk in shower. You will not be fighting over bathrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms!

You can pack lightly because there is a full size laundry room, equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets, along with plenty of pool towels for everyone!

Take the kiddos (or the adults) to cool off at the pool with the provided pool noodles. If you want to get out of the sun, go inside the clubhouse and relax and watch some TV!
