Featuring spectacular views of the La Sal Mountains and the sienna cliffs of the Moab Rim, with the serenity of an alfalfa field looking south from the living room picture window.

This townhouse is beautifully decorated in warm southwest hues with clean simplicity. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dinnerware and cookware to enjoy a peaceful meal at this home-away-from home. This townhouse has a total of 3 full baths. Master bath is equipped with a jetted tub. Main Bath is a tub -shower unit. 3rd bathroom has a full size walk-in shower.

There is a 2-car garage and a large driveway. Plenty of space for your gear and there is overflow parking for trailers.

**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

This house was nicely appointed and was in a great location for both Arches and Canyonlands national parks. We brought our dog and it was great as it had an enclosed patio. Would definitely stay here again

Such an amazing place. Everything is top notch and well cared for. We had an amazing visit and look forward to going back in the future. A real bonus of this property is that I was able to park my SxS in the garage, and my trailer and truck in the space in front of the garage. Easy access to trails from the property.

We came as a group of 7. This was our first trip to Moab.Accomodations were great no problems checking in or out.We shall return condo clean and one of few which offered 3 bathrooms.Thank U Rim Valley!!

Great stay!

My family has stayed twice and have loved it! Cooked all our meals, enjoyed the barbecue and patio. Kids loved the pool too. Nice to stay outside of town:) will return for sure!

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at Ravens Retreat with our son & pet dog. The owners were open to our pet in a kennel which was no problem for us & the property worked very well for a family with a pet. The townhome was lovely, very clean & comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to a pool & the view was bar none. Thank you!.

Excellent accommodations

Raven's Retreat was everything we needed. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our family. The beds were so comfortable, the decor was so pleasing, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and late night snacks.Use of the garage was a welcome treat for the rainy days we had. The location is quiet with beautiful views. Away from downtown, but only a short drive to everything you want to see and do. Would stay there again without hesitation. Thank you for making our trip to Moab so comfortable.

Perfect home base for great adventure.

My adult daughter and I stayed here for our annual mother/daughter trip. This property was exceptional. Very clean and well-stocked. The owner even left a discount card for the local grocery store. We particularly appreciated the ice maker in the freezer to keep water cold for our hikes. The location is ideal just outside of town. It is in a condo complex but this unit feels very private with its location within the complex and has an awesome view. We could not ask for anything better!

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet & gorgeous view

Very beautiful condo with all the amenities you may need. The view is outstanding and the area is quiet. Great outdoor space for grilling and stunning views for mornings with coffee. The inside is tastefully decorated with high-end furnishings and comfortable furniture. We brought our two small dogs and the outside patio had a gate so there was no worry about having a dog run off. There is also a pet-friendly grassy area nearby. This is an awesome home and we would not hesitate to stay here again. If you are searching for a nice place to stay, I would highly recommend A+++

Great place to stay

The condo was in a great location for our stay.... very clean, safe and convenient. Our group of six enjoyed everything about the place. Very well stocked with all the essentials needed to cook all our meals without going out... bedrooms had extra blankets and even a few quilts to curl up on the couch on the few cold nights we had in the middle of September. Jeff the owner checked in with me the day we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The only minor situation our group encountered was parking two pickups and 2 long trailers.... we found plenty of parking along designated areas with in walking distance from the condo... And had our side by sides to drive up to the condo. Will definitely book again if available when we go back next year. Thanks Jeff for keeping great accommodations.

Great place for 3 adult couples. One of the best stocked kitchens I have ever had in a rental home. Easy access, great communication, located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of town with amazing views. Available coolers were a plus. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Family Trip

We had a great stay of three weeks at Raven's Retreat, Rim Village.

We book a three-week stay in Moab every year. We like to rent with Utah Escapes because of their superior properties and management. Raven's Retreat did not disappoint. When we checked in the condo was spotless, to include the garage. The beds are extremely confortable, and the common room furniture is comfortable as well. We had a family gathering there, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Truly, we hated to leave. Thank you, Jeff, for a great stay.

Moab Townhome

This property is lovely in many ways. To list a few, it is quite, clean, and nicely decorated with a wonderful mountain view. The mattresses are very comfortable, but the primary bedroon is very bright in the morning, so bring you eye shades.beds

We are former Moabites and absolutely love our getaway time in Moab. This towhnome has the best location and orientation in the development. My wife loves to enjoy her coffee in the morning taking in the beautiful Moab Rim walls while I am a mountain biking enthusiast (enough said!).

Why they chose this property

Moab is an adventure vacation destination, with 2 National Parks, and a Utah State Park: Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park; the Colorado River for rafting and kayaking, Slickrock Bike trail and other mountain biking trails, endless hiking and exploring opportunities, and about any extreme sport you'd dare to try. But what we like best about Moab is its laid-back, small town, friendly atmosphere; its mild climate (excluding the very hot month of July); its endless vistas and awesome scenery from just about any point in the area; and the fact that so many fascinating people have come to visit, or come to stay and make Moab their home.

What makes this property unique

Staying in our condo, one of the most enjoyable aspects is its location within the development; it is on the southeast boundary of Rim Village with wide open views across the neighbors alfalfa field to the Moab Rim, and East to the view of the La Sal Mountains. It is far from Highway 191 so we don't get the sound of trucks on the highway, as perhaps other locations in Rim Village Vistas do. We have really enjoyed the pool and its hot tub..
