About this property

ESCAPE to enjoy the most beautiful SUNSETS on the Gulf of Mexico!!!

This is a fabulous beach side condo that is part of a small Gulf front complex of only seven units. Condo is on the first floor, but one flight up as there is a parking garage underneath. Also, the unit is on the Gulf side of the street but not Gulf front.
Great for vacation with family and friends!

Complex features beachfront heated pool and tiki huts with lounge chairs to enjoy the beach views and gorgeous sunsets! The primary bedroom suite has a full bathroom and all new furniture including a king size bed and flat screen TV. Second bedroom includes new twin beds, flat screen TV and a DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home! Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat with new 42' flat screen TV with DVD player.

Once you pull into you parking spot, you can literally leave your car behind as you can walk to many local restaurants, bars and shops! Come and enjoy some of the best sunsets you will see in all of Florida!

Great Stay!

We had an amazing time! This location is perfect between Clearwater and St.Pete so it is great for day trips. One of our favorite things was the included pool after a hot day at the beach! Although the parking was a little tight for our mini van we made it work. We walked to the bakery and ice cream shop almost every day and there are multiple shops and restaurants in walking radius. Overall I highly recommend this rental!

Our condo was very nice. No ocean view that it clearly states but we didn’t spend much time in the property. Pool was nice and clean and the short walk from the pool to the ocean was literally steps away. Definitely recommend.
