Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Die Wohnung war einfach ausgestattet und im 3. Stock gelegen aber für Dinard, einem eher exklusiven und wohlhabenden Badeort, eben auch günstig. Insofern ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung gewesen. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist die lokale Parkplatzsituation. Schräg gegenüber ist zwar ein Parkhaus, man kann dort aber nur 1h kostenlos parken und zwischen 19:00 - 09:00 Uhr zahlt man auch nichts. Parkt man also um 18:00 Uhr, kann man bis 09:00 Uhr kostenlos parken. Das funktioniert gut, wenn man Tagesausflüge unternimmt. Will man das Auto aber 48h stehen lassen, ist es zu teuer. Dann muss man auch mal einen Parkplatz ein paar Hundert Meter weiter suchen. Aber auch das ist dem Preis angemessen und dafür wohnt man mitten in der Altstadt von Dinard 5min zum Strand und zum Marktplatz und Dutzenden Restaurants und trotzdem recht ruhig. Einer der Stadt-Strände ist nur 5min entfernt, ein Supermarkt ebenso. Für größere Einkäufe lohnt es sich aber ein paar km zum Großmarkt (Leclerc) zu fahren, dort ist die Auswahl einfach unglaublich und die Preise sind natürlich dort auch besser. Saint-Malo ist nur 15min entfernt und man kann vom Strand aus nach Saint-Malo rüber schauen, ein wirklich traumhafter Blick. Auch andere Tagesausflüge z. B. zum Mont-Saint-Michel oder zum Cap Frehel sind in nur 1,5h, nach Carnac in ca. 2h möglich. Es gibt natürlich Dutzende andere tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Situé à proximité de commerces, du square marché et surtout de la plage. Très bien desservi ( bus et bateaux taxi). Cependant bruyant: on entend les voisins et les convives du restaurant au rez-de-chaussée de l’immeuble.

Appartement en plein centre ville et à 5 min de la plage de l'écluse. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

l'appartement est très bien situé. Il est lumineux et chaleureux: on s'y sent bien tout de suite! les propriétaires sont accueillants et les contacts ont été très agréable! on retournera avec grand plaisir dans ce logement!

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Votre appartement nous a vraiment charmé, très propre et parfaitement entretenu avec tout l'équipement idéal qui nous a permis de recevoir notre famille (pour le quotidien, les fruits de mer, raclette etc...). L'appartement est très calme et nous avons pu nous reposer, ce qui était le but de ce week-end. L'emplacement de votre location est idéal. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons et que je recommanderai celle-ci à un ami. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux

appartement très moyen

"L''appartemant est très bien situé c''est là son seul avantage. Situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, on y dort malheureusement très mal, la literie est exceptionnellement inconfortable, c''est envisageable pour une courte période mais pour 2 semaines... Tout ce qui concerne la vaisselle est médiocre (couverts rouillés ou cassé, casseroles et poeles téfal rayées, meme les pâtes attachent au fond des casseroles), il n''y a pas de pression dans la douche. les appartements sont mal isolés entre eux, il faut que les voisins (eux-mêmes saisonniers) ne soient pas trop bruyants. Dans l''ensemble la location n''était pas très propre. Le canapé lit qui sert de 5è et 6è couchage d''appoint est cassé de sorte qu''une personne peut y dormir. Nous ne recommanderons surement pas cet apprtement à des amis, le tarif ne s''explique que par la proximité du centre ville et de la plage mais on peut trouver moins cher et plus confortable."

Appréciation très surprenante! appartement laissè très sale, occupé par plus de personnes que prévu, donc petit soucis au départ avec la locataire d'où ce commentaire! la vaisselle comme tout le reste est en parfait état. Les 5ème et 6ème couchage sont indiqués dans le descriptif ainsi que l'étage donc pas de surprise, canapé, lit etc... tout est en très bon état! Personnes très bruyantes du fait du nombre......Pourquoi 5/5 si cela n'allait pas?
