Brillac Sarzeau: charming house by the Gulf of Morbihan and the ocean

A 19th-century Breton Longere affords a fenced garden, tasteful decor, all amenities, and Wi-Fi in the heart of a peaceful, charming village on the Rhuys Peninsula. It is 300 m from the Gulf of Morbihan, 4 km from the ocean, 20 km from Vannes, and 4 km from Port Navallo. We offer digressive prices depending on length of stay and the season.
An electric solar and convection system heats the pool. We charge a supplement after comparing meter readings on arrival and departure. It is reasonable when you look at higher rates that include electricity. We do apologise for this measure, but aside from the pool, there is a fireplace!

At the edge of the golf

Great location in a lovely, quiet village, with the Golf of Morbihan and coastal trails only feet away from the house. The house is a bit funky but full of charm, although it may not be the best option with very young children or people with mobility issues (the spiral staircase could be a bit tricky). Worked great for our group, made of 3 generations (grandparents, parents, and teenage kids, plus a small dog). Nice backyard in the front. We really enjoyed our stay there.

l’annonce vantait le feu de cheminée mais interdit sur le règlement, acceptait les animaux mais avec un supplément… maison très humide mais agréable, le séjour y a été agréable.

Belle Maison et emplacement

Brillac permet d'acceder facilement au golf pour des ballande et degustation d'huitre, et est egalement proche de Sarseau qui a tous les commerces.

excellent séjour, accueillis très gentiment par Sonia , dans une maison extrêmement agréable , confortable , joliment décorée , très bien situé à 20m à pied d'un sentier côtier.. Un cadeau pour mon petit fils de la part de la propriétaire nous attendait ,maison très bien chauffée et bien organisée..La literie est impeccable, on s'y sent comme chez soi...le golfe est à 50m et le coin regorge de belles balades, la maison est au calme,

Excellent. Maison de pays chaleureuse.

Excellent accueil. Maison très agréable et bien située pour visiter le golfe . Proche des pistes cyclables et située sur le GR. Une épicerie toute proche. Attention à porter sur escalier difficile. Toutefois une des chambres est située au rez de chaussée.

La Maison du bonheur

Why they chose this property

This beautiful family home is delightful in the summer and the off-season. It is very comfortable and evenings by the fireplace are a real treat! Watching a film or with a good book... our house really has it all!
Sarzeau, 4 km away, is a bustling village throughout the year and Vannes is a beautiful small town offering a wide range of entertainment options (museums, an aquarium, historical monuments and alleyways, a harbour, boutiques, cinema, a creperie, etc.) in all seasons.
