Tout pour de bonnes vacances !😃

Après un échange fluide avec Marco le propriétaire, l’agence à Tarifa a su être disponible et à notre écoute… Appartement tout confort , tendance et propre.Parking sous terrain . Superbe piscine , et c’est à pied que l’on peut aller à la plage et en centre-ville . On recommande vivement pour passer de bonnes vacances !

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer gößeren Wohnanlage mit Pool. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und neuwertig und wurde mit Liebe zum Detail vorgenommen. Zur Küchenausstattung gehören moderne Geräte, einschließlich Gefrierschrank mit Icemaker. Der Balkon ist verglast, mit Öffnungsmöglichkeit, und somit auch bei windigem Wetter gut nutzbar. Unsere Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ganz hervorragend. Zudem gab uns der Vermieter viele Ausflugstips für Tarifa und die Umgebung. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen und erholsamen Urlaub!

Een mooi appartement, dicht bij het strand en bij een grote Mercadona-supermarkt. Het is een mooi uitgangspunt om de steden o.a. Cadiz, Jerez, zelfs Gilbraltar te bezoeken. De witte stadjes Vejer en Arcos de la Frontera waren de tips van onze verhuurder Marco zijn ook zeker de moeite waard.

Great location, pool, and kitchen

Loved the location. So close to the beach and supermarket. The pool area is fantastic. The unit itself is a little loud. It's closest unit to the entry gate but most everyone was respectful. The kitchen area is small but loaded with everything you need to prepare meals. The supermarkets are great and just a block away. Depending on direction of the wind getting air into the unit may take some dialing in. Loved the windows as they gave a few options for drafts. A couple of fans would have been nice for those really hot still nights. When first booked I had second thoughts about not being in old town but after staying and walking the area I am happy with the choice and would stay again.

Also vorab muss ich zugestehen, dass Marco ein sehr guter Gastgeber ist! Die Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Von der Hygiene bis zur Ausstattung alles top. 0,25 Punkte ziehe ich ab weil die Betten ein bisschen zu unbequem waren. Und die anderen 0,75 Punkte Abzug aufgrund der Baustelle nebenan (aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts). Es war ein bisschen laut und die Aussicht war wegen des Bauschuttes gestört. Aber alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Why they chose this property

About the property: I’ve been windsurfing since I was 9 and although I lived in Madrid I’ve been travelling to Tarifa yearly since 1987. Years ago I started looking for an apartment. It was not easy as I wanted it to be conveniently close to the town and to the beach, have a reasonable size and quality together with a garage for my car and a storage room to keep all my gear. Ideally with pool and garden for those days when you prefer not going to the beach.

I finished furnishing it at the end of december 2015 and have been improving it since then, so you will find everything you need and all is quite new. As I live in Madrid I have an agreement with a trusted property agency in Tarifa that takes care of the cleanings, welcoming guests, key handling and to solve any doubts you may have during your stay. Additionally, I’m always available on my mobile or e-mail.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (not ground floor) at the best apartment complex in Tarifa located at the town entrance and on the beach front. It has a nice terrace, plus a shared pool (open from June 1st till September 15th) and garden. The views from the terrace are to the stores and mountain, not to the sea. Due to its orientation it is never too hot on summer, so you won’t need air conditioning, neither too humid on winter, and the pool area is well sheltered from the east (levante) winds that blow more often in the summer months.

Right in front of the apartment you will find the new kite and windsurf shopping area, including the convenient Mercadona supermarket, a gym and some restaurants. The beach by the apartment, called "Playa de los Lances", is 150 meters away and the old part of town is 1.500 meters away too, so it's like a 15 minute walk
