81 - Apartamento Los Lances

The apartment, located on the beachfront of Los Lances Beach, is equipped for 4 people. In the main room we will find a small corridor, which leads to the kitchen (American style), fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator-combi and kitchen utensils and in the living room that has modern furniture, a large sofa leather and in the background, a table with 4 chairs. To the right we have the second of the bathrooms equipped with a bathtub (the first is located at the beginning of the corridor and has a shower tray), and the 2 bedrooms; the first with 2 single beds and a wardrobe and the second with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Both rooms have hot plates.

However, the best thing about this apartment is undoubtedly its private garden. It is perfect for families with children or for washing windsurf or kite gear. It has side views of the beach and a small portable barbecue. It also has an independent exit to the outside so you can go from the beach to the garden without having to enter the apartment.

The urbanization, with a privileged situation, has garden areas and a swimming pool.

In the area we will find beach bars, pubs... and in 10 minutes walking we will be in the center of Tarifa.

Without a doubt, this is a perfect apartment for families and athletes.
