Modern studio apartment located on the first of a two-storey building, recently renovated in a residential area equipped with all services, a few steps from the historic center of Galatina and convenient to all seaside resorts and places of interest, in the heart of Salento .
The studio has a large bedroom with double bed plus a single bed, flat screen TV wardrobe and dining table, adjacent but separate with door there is a kitchenette equipped with a hob, fridge and microwave.
The bathroom is in the room and is complete with toilet, bidet, sink, shower cubicle and window.
Included are: household linen, towels, hairdryer, dishes, coffee and sugar.

Galatina is located in the heart of Salento 18 km from Lecce, 17 km from the nearest bays of Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno, the Porto Selvaggio nature reserve, 21 km from Gallipoli and 30 km from Otranto.

Lu mare, lu sole, lu ientu... Benvenuti in Salento!

Appartamento ben tenuto e pulito. Si vede che è stato ristrutturato da poco. La cucina è in ordine e ben attrezzata, soprattutto la presenza del microonde è ottima. La posizione della casa è oggettivamente buona. A 50 metri c'è il conad, la farmacia e a 500 metri c'è pure un'ottima pescheria. Il centro di Galatina è a due passi a piedi. Nel complesso Galatina è in una buona posizione, non vicina al mare ma non lontana da nessun luogo da visitare o spiaggia da vedere. Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento comodo nel centro del salento

Monolocale molto carino con tutti i comfort (anche il wifi!) In posizione comoda (supermercati, bar, rosticceria, fruttivendolo...tutto a.due passi!) Proprietario molto disponibile. Galatina è comodissima per girarsi tutto il Salento. ..in auto 15 minuti per gallipoli...30 minuti per punta prosciutto e 1 ora per le maldive.

Esperienza entusiasmante, appartamento completo di tutto dalla cucina, alla camera, al bagno. Proprietario disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Tv, divano, internet wifi, in poche parole un appartamento pieno di confort oltre le nostre aspettative e a portata di mano a tutte le zone bellissime che si trovano nel Salento. Lo consigliamo a tutti. 5 stelle e lode!
