This newly renovated, fully equipped townhouse is comprised of two 2 bedroom apartments, which have been connected by an internal staircase and interlocking door - making an ideal holiday property for two families, a large group of friends or for a smaller group of 4 guests who prefer to have their own bedroom and bathroom. It sleeps 10-11 guests. Huge communal pool 1 min walk. Salduna beach 5 min walk, choice of restaurants 100m & supermarket 500m.

My family have owned the ground floor apartment since 1984 and we have enjoyed many happy holidays here. In 2015 we purchased the upstairs apartment and modernised them both, adding an internal staircase and interlocking door so they can be used by 2 families or a large group, or as 2 separate apartments. We still use the apartments regularly ourselves and love the area - especially the beaches and promenades at San Pedro and Estepona, the local restaurants (Benahavis village is a favourite for a great choice of restaurants) and the pool and gardens at Benamara are ideal for families.

Why they chose this property

This property is a fantastic choice for 2 families or a group of friends. It is frequently rented by multi-generational families (the first floor is ideal for grandparents and the ground floor for the grandchildren and their parents.) It is also an ideal choice for friends attending weddings in the local area.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique in that it is two apartments joined by an interlocking door and internal staircase, so gives privacy when required. It is ideal for a large group, or two families who still want some privacy whilst on holiday.
