SUPERMARKET, MAIL, BANK 50 METERS FROM THE HOUSE.
STRATEGIC CONNECTION POINT TO THE MAIN TOURIST AND BATHING CENTERS AND IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY IS CASCIANA TERME RENOWNED FOR ITS THERMAL BENEFITS. FOR ANY OTHER REQUEST, CONTACT OWNERS.
LANGUAGES SPEAK ITALIAN, GERMAN PERFECTLY. ENGLISH, FRENCH SCHOOL.

Once booked, to receive the keys you simply have to communicate the expected arrival time to Carlo and make arrangements to be delivered directly to you. The apartment was completely renovated in 2012 preserving its typical features: exposed beams and vaulted ceilings that give it a warm and welcoming appearance, the furnishings are nice and comfortable. It consists of a communicating living / dining area and a bedroom with a double bed. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite, wi-fi Internet access, independent heating, sheets, blankets, towels, equipped kitchen, microwave, espresso coffee machine, hairdryer. Gas, electricity, water are included in the price. The indicated price is for the apartment not per person.
