We had a great stay, the property is located in the middle of Old San Juan which was perfect for us to explore the area by foot. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Terrific hosts! Friendly to deal with, knowledgeable with excellent suggestions on parking & restaurants, responsive to our needs. The place is perfect for a couple or three. Clean and cool, with cute balconies.
The apartment is exactly as described, very charming. It was very clean, and a wonderful location. I had always wanted to stay in an apartment in the middle of old San Juan, and this experience met my hope & expectation! Thank you
Location to all Viejo San Juan sights is very walkable. Do not bring a car. Taxi from airport is easy and Uber back to airport or elsewhere is also easy. The host, Lourdes was great with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and was quick to answer any questions. Definitely recommend!

Loved the 2 balconies and their bright blue color. The whole apartment was very nice and comfortable. Our host was quick to respond to any of our needs. Fantastic location! The only downside, and it was beyond our host's control, was that construction was taking place nearby and the crew started promptly at 7am. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

Wonderful location to explore OSJ. The property was amazing with all the amenities of home.
Lourdes & Miguel were always available if needed. The renovations to the apartment were terrific, thoroughly modern in a old historic building. Really loved the balconies. You can sit there and have your morning coffee and watch the city wake up. You won't be disappointed with this one.
All was certainly adequate for 2 adults . The only downside was the lack of a window in the bedroom which made it feel a little claustrophobic. Also this created less ventilation for the bedroom . But the ceiling fans did a good job. There are several sets of stairs to reach the 2nd floor. But they are well lit.
However a brief stay was just fine, The area was quiet even being on a street during the weekend.
The owners were lovely and helpful.
Artsy Beautiful home in colorful Old San Juan near everything there!
Dislocation is beautiful clean. There's two balconies that you can walk out and sit on. There's nice AC and cross flow air if you want the windows open. It has beautiful views of old San juans colorful streets. The art around the apartment and hallways is gorgeous and inspiring and energizing, The tiled stairs are gorgeous and the lock at the front door and on the apartment are easy to use and secured. Who walked to dinner and all of our events from this location? We didn't need a car while we were there. It was perfect! The communication with the host was quick and efficient and informative employee. All of it went so well. I would definitely run from this place and owner again. It did just have one bed and futon so max 3 people
The house was in an incredible location in old San Juan. Everything was in walking distance from restaurants to markets to sightseeing areas and more! The house had everything we needed! The views from the balconies were beautiful, the air conditioning worked great and there was a great kitchen and living space for us to relax. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy some time in old San Juan.
I stood in this charming apartment in old San Juan for the Lola challenge race series this past weekend. Very walkable to each starting line which was a plus. The host Lourdes made sure our stay was pleasant and checked in on us to see if we were on k and if we were in need of anything. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!!

Old San Juan one bedroom
This was a comfortable space. Great if you are looking to be in the center of night life and the old city. Not very close to beaches, so don't stay here if that is you primary reason to come. It is a second floor walk up, so be prepared to lug things up and down as needed. The space was very clean, but the furnishing are a bit worn. I would stay here again if needing to stay in Old San Juan.

Old San Juan perfect location
This was a perfect location for visiting old San Juan. The apartment had all the facilities and was extremely quiet. The owner is a charming lady and lives downstairs in case of any urgent needs (which we did not have). We would definitely stay there again.

This is a very pleasant apartment--spacious, artsy and in a great location. You can walk to anything in Old San Juan. Bed is comfortable; kitchen is well equipped; living room is cozy. And, of course, the balcony is lots of fun.

Perfect location
The reviews don't lie! This apartment was in the perfect location. Right in the middle of Old San Juan. Every restaurant and small shop was within 4-8 minutes walking distance. I think the most I walked was 12 minutes to a super hidden cafe that had the best coffee I've ever had. The apartment itself was perfect. Every morning I walked over the the balcony and opened the Spanish style French style doors to let in light and air. It was beautiful. The whole apartment was clean and ready to use. Our flight landed very early and the host was more than accommodating and let us drop our bags off early. We rented a car with Payless and I would do it with them again. They are outside of the airport(about 5 min away), but they have a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport to the car rental for free. Just make sure you have you car insurance declaration from back home so you dont need their coverage (but call your insurance company first..let them know you are traveling to Puerto Rico and they will let you know if you will be covered). Just like everyone else says. You cannot park on the street the apartment is on. It's hard to find parking, but it can be done for free if you drive around like 10 minutes. Do not. I repeat do not park where there are yellow, blue, red or white curbs. And if you do find a curb with no color, make sure to read the signs from corner to corner. Some spots are only open the the public from 7am-7pm and then its residential parking 7pm-7am. The tickets are $250, so head my warning. If you do get a parking ticket you can pay it half cost at the bus station in old san juan. There is an office somewhere in that building.

Great, fun little apartment in the heart of Old San Juan
Quite street, great management/owners who were very helpful. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything needed for a week or so stay. Very easy to get to from the airport via quick 20 minute cab ride. Many restaurants and bars in the area, all within walking distance. Very walk-able area, don't rent a car, because you will not be able to park (and you really don't need a car, Uber was at most 10 minute wait, and that was at the busiest time of day, normally less than 5 minutes to get a ride).

Great place
It’s cozy, clean, safe, private, perfect location. Many good restaurants close to the apt. My favorite “ El Jibarito”. There’s food everywhere. Love it. We also enjoyed the fact that The Morro, San Cristobal Fort, museums, Arts and the ocean all within walking distance. We highly recommended this place. Thank you Lourdes and Mickey. Professional and easy to deal with.

Apartment couldn’t have been in a better location. On a quiet stretch of street but only a few minutes walk to vibrant night life and shopping.
Apartment itself was spacious, bright and well kept.

Great location
Overall this was a good location if you want to tour and experience old San Juan. Walking distance from all the main attractions. One thing I would recomend is asking for a parking sticker or pass for your rental during your stay. This apartment is in a residential area and cars without a residential parking permit will be fined $250. Other than our $250 parking fine, the location and was great, the apartment was nice and clean.

Why they chose this property
We decided to retire in Old San Juan, by investing in this old colonial building with the idea to host travelers on our second floor. We love the old city lifestyle! You'll see the beauty and uniqueness of this place. San Juan has a vivid community, dense history and is walking distance to a variety of cafes, restaurants and cultural events.
Also we enjoy conserving part of Puerto Rico's architectural history by taking care of such a lovely colonial building, in Sol Street, one of the few residential areas in OSJ.
What makes this property unique
- Quiet residential street. - Very close to the ocean and to all the historic sites. - Solar powered. 17 solar panels on the rooftop + battery backups, guarantee us power in any eventual power outage. - A large cistern on the rooftop guarantees water in any eventuality! - We are equipped for hurricane season!!
