A charming one bedroom & one bathroom apartment is located on the second floor of our colonial house on Sol Street, a quiet residential area in Old San Juan. Located in a quiet residential area, above our colonial house. It's a bright and stylish apartment with high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster oven and large refrigerator, hi-speed wifi, and two private balconies overlooking the street. Powered by solar panels, plus a water cistern on the roof.

Why they chose this property
We decided to retire in Old San Juan, by investing in this old colonial building with the idea to host travelers on our second floor. We love the old city lifestyle! You'll see the beauty and uniqueness of this place. San Juan has a vivid community, dense history and is walking distance to a variety of cafes, restaurants and cultural events.
Also we enjoy conserving part of Puerto Rico's architectural history by taking care of such a lovely colonial building, in Sol Street, one of the few residential areas in OSJ.
