About this property

This apartment is on the second floor of our home. This is not a condo with lots of STR apartments. Live the real OSJ living experience ! In an authentic colonial home where locals live. Our fully remodeled cozy one bedroom/one bathroom apartment is on a quiet street in Old San Juan. No loud music or traffic. Perfect for two or three guests. High ceilings. It has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a small futon in the living area for a third guest. It has a/c in bedroom and living area, hi speed WiFi (optic fiber) . Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave and full size fridge. It has a large quiet terrace in the back with comfortable authentic Vermont Adirondacks and a small breakfast table. The house has been completely remodeled respecting its colonial style. You can easily walk all of Old San Juan and dine at the most renowned restaurants, visit the forts and see the most spectacular views of the San Juan Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Lively « plazas » are one and two blocks away. It is one block from the Ocean Walk and walking distance to everything Old San Juan has to offer. Old San Juan is close to Escambron beach, Condado and Miramar!

The terrace is a quiet area for relaxing. We ask our guests to respect our neighbors and avoid loud music and loud conversations in this area after 8pm.
