Appartement mit schöner Terrasse und Parkplatz

Wir waren in der Nebensaison in der Anlage.Das Umfeld,Olivenhaine und Wald war ruhig.Wir konnten das Meer rauschen hören. Den Weg vom Parkplatz zum Appartement könnte man kehren und freischneiden,das Unkraut entfernen. Das Appartement war picobello sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

excellent apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and in Diano Marina. You can walk downstairs to a street through the wood. It is a little bit difficult to climb for elderly people. The apartment was clean. You have a nice view over the sea. By car is about 1,5 km to Diano Marina. Parking nearby the center is easy but you have to know the place .It is behind the center and you can easily walk to the center streets to the sea.

Super - toll! Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Das Haus war außergewöhnlich schön eingerichtet und hatte eine tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick. Alles war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber waren mehr als zuvorkommend. Die Gastgeber lieben wirklich, was sie tun und man spürt die ganze Leidenschaft, die sie in diese Unterkunft setzen. Haus ist superruhig keine Autogeräusche keine lauten Nachbarn - einfach Erholung pur. Und es ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Danke Bernadette , dass du uns so toll empfangen hast und uns mit deinen Sprachkenntnissen überrascht hast.(Deutsch, Italienisch, Schwedisch und sogar Polnisch). Luigi danke, dass du sofort da warst als die Heizung plötzlich nicht mehr funktionierte. Danke für alles, wir kommen wieder.

"Nice apartment, great terrace. We were unfortunately there in a superhot week and A/C would have been great (but even a fan), so consider this in summer. Plus we had a small baby who definitely did not like the heat. The contest is really nice, although the path to go to the beach is not easy and quite dirty at the end. Finally, what I really did not like was the bed, initially was somehow ok but after a week my bones couldn''t stand it anymore (and I am young). Honestly, for the same price you can find better solutions. The owner, tough, is really nice"

"Net apartement in rustige omgeving (eind september) en leuke badplaatsen in de buurt. Voor strandliefhebbers wat minder, strandje (en centrum) op loopafstand is lastig te bereiken en zeer klein, maar verder prima huis met ruim terras in zon."

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, angenehmen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist optimal, sowie Ausstattung als auch Lage zum Meer. Die Vermieter sind super zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Wir können das Objekt nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Wohnung von Luigi und Jolanda verbracht! Sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge und Restaurants und tun alles um Ihre Gäste einen schönen Aufenthalt zu gewähren . Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und auch in der Küche ist alles da, dann gibt es noch eine schöne Terrasse mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer genau wie auf den Bildern und sicherlich zu erwähnen eine zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz. 5 Auto minuten zum Strand und belebten Stadt Zentrum vom Diano Marina. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank Jolanda und Luigi!

sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

die Lage der Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen, etwas außerhalb des Trubels zu sein aber trotzdem fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad die Stadt erreichen zu können. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts, selbst Wasch- und Spülmaschine standen zur Verfügung und alles war bestens intakt. Wir haben die Tage in der Wohnung sehr genossen und möchten uns gerne noch einmal bei Frau Vaira für die schöne Zeit bedanken.

Schönes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung...

Die Kommunikation bei der Ankunft war sehr gut, freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang von Luigi. Sehr angetan waren wir von der guten und geschmackvollen Ausstattung, welche bei vielen Fewo´s nicht selbst verständlich ist. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gab es auch (wofür die Vermieter aber nichts können), das sind die humorlosen und engstirnigen Stuttgarter usw., welche dort Appartements besitzen, da gab es zur Begrüßung gleich Verhaltensregeln bezüglich den Parkplätzen usw... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und sowohl Luigi als auch seine Frau Jolanda waren sehr aufgeschlossen für Auskünfte und Tipps, dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank... Wir kommen wieder!

"Un appartamento da consigliare caldamente sia per la posizione ottima che per l'arredo e le attrezzature di cui è fornito. Non manca di nulla per rendere il soggiorno piacevolissimo.
