"The apartment was simply perfect. We have 2 daughters aged 3 and 4 and it was just wonderful. It's not like a holiday aprtment at all more like a home from home. Jolanda and Luigi and their family are extremely nice ,welcoming friendly but not at all imposing. It is a perfect location - extremely close to the beach and the shops, restaurants are just on the pedestrianised area downstairs. i would highly recommend it."

traumhafte Wohnung

Rundum mit allem sehr zu frieden. Uns wurde einen Tag vor Ankunft eine genaue Anfahrtsbeschreibung zugesendet, was sehr hilfreich war. Eine unglaublich tolle, sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles sehr hell, liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles perfekt. Hochwertiges Geschirr und Geräte in der Küche, in einwandfreiem Zustand. Waschmaschine im extra Raum und Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich. Die beiden Terrassen sind perfekt mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Lage direkt im Zentrum ist einfach perfekt- viele schöne kleine Boutiquen, Restaurant und Cafe`s ( schöner kleiner Gemüseladen direkt unten im Haus), zudem ist der Strand zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Grazie mille....an Luigi und Jolanda, sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt, danke für eure guten Ratschläge. Hatten einen phantastischen Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Wohnung in dieser schönen Stadt.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben schöne 10 Tage in Diano Marina verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, direkt in der Fußgängerzone, wo sich viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés befinden. Die schönen Sandstrände sind fußläufig zu erreichen (2 - 5 Min.). In der Wohnung mangelt es an nichts. Sogar eine Klimaanlage ist im Wohnbereich vorhanden. Einziger Mangelpunkt war die enge Autogarage (typisch italienisch ;-)). Familie Vaira ist sehr gastfreundlich und können alle ziemlich gutes Deutsch. Liebe Grüße Familie Osman

Wunderschöne Ferien

Lage top, Meer top. Strand sehr nah, jedoch Liegen inkl. Sonnenschirm teuer. Wir waren aber froh dass wir überhaupt freie Platz gekriegt haben. Wohnung sehr sauber. Einzig das man bemängelt könnte ist das es keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Sobald draussen kein Wind, war es in der Wohnung relativ heiss. Aus dieser Grund war es am Abend draussen oder auf dem Balkon angenehmer. Vermieter Jolanda und Luigi hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum der Stadt und 2 Minuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Sie hat zwei Dachterrassen mit Blick auf das Meer und Diano Marina. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden ( vom Toaster bis zur Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, etc...). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wir konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schön und stilvoll ausgebaute Dachgeschosswohnung ( 4. Etg. Aufzug bis zur 3.Etg. ) Geschmackvoll eingerichtet , vorzüglich ausgestattete Küche mit hochwertigem Geschirr und Küchengerät. Alles funktionierte auf Anhieb. Wir haben besonders genossen,, uns nach ausgedehnten Spaziergängen oder - warten auf einer der beiden Dachterrassen zu entspannen. Als größten Luxus empfanden wir , direkt im Zentrum und doch nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt zu wohnen. Danke an Luigi und Jolanda, deren Gastfreundschaft wir 2 Wochen lang genießen durften. "Very nice appartment with beautifull views from both terraces, fully equipped kitchen and laundry machine, comfortable coast location (50 m from the sandy beach,in the center of Diano Marina, between Genova and Nice.). A very friendly owners of the apartments who gave us very usefull advise for our trips. Our 2 families of 6 persons (3 adults and 3 children) had fabulous vacation mostly thanks to this relax appartment."
