Large, comfortable house at Valras-Plage near to Béziers, Carcassonne and Narbonne. Easy access from A9 and A75 motorways (10 kms)

Béziers Cap d?Agde airport 15kms (Ryanair flights to Bristol, Luton, Dusseldorf, Paris)

Cap d?Agde, Sète, the Canal du Midi, the African safari park at Sigean would be excellent for day trips.

The beach, 400m from the house, is sandy and stretches for 6 kms between where the Orb and Aude rivers meet the sea.

The house, with its garden, patio, pergola and barbecue is a peaceful place to relax and do nothing.

To save you time and effort, there is the option, at the end of your stay, to have the house cleaned by our own team.

You can also hire all linen ? sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath sheets etc ? to help with your baggage allowance. Please ask the owner.

In 5 minutes you are at the beach

A very nice holiday home with lots of space, just 5 minutes from the huge sandy beach. The pictures provided correspond to the description and the actual conditions. The water only gets deep slowly, so it is ideal for children. The couple who rent it out are super nice and can be reached at any time before you leave and during your stay in case an emergency should arise. We really enjoyed our stay.

Top Unterkunft in toller Lage

An diesem Aufenthalt gab es nichts auszusetzen. 1. Buchung und Kommunikation: alles problemlos. Schön war, dass man seine exakte Ankunft per SMS mitteilen konnte. Französisch verstehen ist deutlich einfacher als selbst zu sprechen. Daher ist die Variante via SMS sehr angenehm. 2. Empfang vor Ort: wir konnten im Vorfeld die Ankunftszeit auf ca. 1 h eingrenzen und haben uns zwischen Nimes und Montpellier noch einmal per SMS gemeldet. So waren die Vermieter bereits vor Ort, als wir eintrafen. Der Empfang war herzlich und die Vermieter sind sehr liebenswert. Ein kurzer Rundgang mit wichtigen Infos und das war es. 3. Haus: Das Haus ist riesig und bot für alle Kinder genügend Rückzugmöglichkeiten. An Küchengeräten ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. WLAN, Fernsehen, Waschmaschine, etc. ist alles vorhanden. Ein riesiger Vorteil sind auch die beiden Badezimmer. Die Lage ist top. Der Strand, Bäckereien und kleine Supermärkte sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Größere Supermärkte sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Vor dem Haus ist ein riesiger Wendeplatz, der von unseren Kindern gerne zum Spielen genutzt wurde. 4. Abreise: da wir die Endreinigung mit gebucht hatten, konnten wir einfach den Schlüssel vor Ort deponieren und das Haus besenrein verlassen. So starteten wir gegen 06:30 Uhr wieder in die Heimat, was sehr angenehm war. 5. Urlaub: der Strand ist toll und für kleine und große Kinder geeignet. Man kann hier sein SUP gut nutzen und auch einfach nur schwimmen und sonnen.
