150m from the Croisette, 300m from the Film Festival Palais. Walk to beach. Apartment (50m2) in a quaint 1900-building, sleeps 2-4 guests: 1 bedroom with a Queen-size bed, and 1 double sofa-bed in the lounge. Simple kitchen but with Nespresso, onsuite bathroom, separate toilet, intercom, small portable A/C and fan. Lively street.
Be aware: 4th floor with no elevator (will keep you fit!).
Bedding and towels are included for 2 guests sharing the bed.

Great Apartment

Great apartment in a great location. We stayed for a work event. Only downside was the bottle bank outside which is used regularly late at night and emptied early in the morning so take ear plugs! Host was great and apartment suited our needs perfectly.

Central but too central

The house it's self was OK, not bad not good but the location is on a very very busy nightly street so party until 4 or 5am then it is right beside a bottle depository so bottles are deposited from 4-6 am every morning, this is VERY noisy and then there is a construction site less than a 1/2 block away starting at 7am, in other words no sleep was garnered.

No AC. 6th floor

It would be a 1 star review if it wasn’t for Veronica the property manager which did everything to make it a bit bearable. The apartment is located on a 6th floor with no elevator! NO AC!! This is summer in Cannes and it was 90. On top of that the building is located (yes close to La Croisette) but surrounded by bars and the a strip club. Drunk people and brawls are common until 4 am. At 6 am the recycling teams come over to collect ALL THE GLASS BOTTLES of the zone making a terrible noise at 5 am. I know you get what you pay for but this stay I regret profoundly. This is for young party goers that don’t need AC and go to bed at 6 am every night.

J'ai passĂ© 5 jours de vacances Ă  Cannes avec trois enfants. L'appartement est en bon Ă©tat, tout ce dont on a besoin est lĂ . Un bon emplacement, proche de la plage et de tous les Ă©vĂ©nements de la ville. Monter au quatriĂšme Ă©tage plusieurs fois par jour nous a littĂ©ralement remis en forme. 😉 Merci pour les bons soins pendant le sĂ©jour. Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© cette fois. My favorite place to stay for business trips

This large, top floor and light filled apartment offers excellent comfort and the self-contained kitchen allows for a convenient and economic stay. With a very large living/dining room and excellent wifi, it is great to spread out, work and relax and enjoy the views and sea breeze from its corner location within the building. Literally around the corner from the beach, La Croisette, main shopping strip and super market, it is hard to imagination a more ideal location for a holiday or to attend conferences at The Palais only 4 minutes away... Local restaurants Le Hit and Pastis are great too, for value and food.

NUISANCES SONORES & OLFACTIVES SANS DISCONTINUER !

pendant 15 jours dans cet appartement du 30/08 au 15/09. Oui, Il est situĂ© trĂšs prĂšs de la croisette, il est agrĂ©able (dĂ©co) et spacieux sauf la chambre qui ne fait qu’env 8 m2 qui Ă©tait absolument invivable au niveau de l'aĂ©ration) et du bruit, de l'isolation (pas double vitrage chambre – syst. de fermeture fenĂȘtre viellot et abimĂ©) – cuisine vĂ©tuste, -manque d’équipements appt - ex:une machine Ă  laver mais pas de sĂ©choir pour Ă©tendre serviettes de toilette et de plage -peu de placards pour rangement linge de 4 pers – pour 2 : OK
 -beaucoup de fissures dans l’appt qui reste Ă  rĂ©nover et entretenir – salle de bains : Ă©quipement Ă  revoir - et pas de rideaux aux fenĂȘtres pour s’isoler et prendre la douche : obligĂ©s de fermer les volets ?! -chambre : en Ă©tĂ©, on y suffoque, la clim d'appoint indiquĂ©e dans l'annonce est trĂšs trĂšs bruyante d’une part et n'est pas reliĂ©e Ă  l'extĂ©rieur, si bien que vous devez ouvrir la fenĂȘtre pour mettre manuellement un gros tuyau d'extraction, et lĂ  vous souffrez du bruit, donc impossible de vraiment profiter de cet appareil Le salon est spacieux et comporte une banquette d’aspect affaissĂ©e – la literie est juste d’appoint – inconfortable pour 2, donc nous avons du faire chambre Ă  part avec mon Ă©poux pour que chacun ait un peu de confort - dans la salle il y avait une ventilation Ă  pales et un double vitrage. Mais vous ne dormirez pas sans boules quies, ce qui est totalement aberrant en vacances. Nuisance sonores & nuisances olfactives : A l’arrivĂ©e, 1er samedi, il « nous a paru » agrĂ©able et joliment dĂ©corĂ©, mais dĂšs la soirĂ©e abordĂ©e, il a fallu s'y enfermer, se clore tellement cela sentait mauvais (relans restos jute en bas et dans toute la rue et le bruit y Ă©tait plus que gĂȘnant. Avons patientĂ© pensant que le dimanche soir cela cesserait, mais dĂšs le lundi matin dans le bĂątiment en face des travaux dĂ©marrait avec un marteaux piqueur Ă  8h00 le matin (y compris les aprĂšs-midi : siestes proscrites). Aucune nuit correcte passĂ©e en 15 jours – il faut savoir que carrĂ© d’or un quartier « chaud » : les restaurants - bars – club discothĂšque - restent ouverts jusqu'Ă  05h00 du matin et les gens sortent saoĂ»ls , se disputent et font du bruit sans cesse de 18h00 Ă  09h00
 une borne de verre est installĂ©e en bas de l'immeuble (cĂŽtĂ© chambre) les restaurateurs viennent y verser leur bouteilles sans cesse Au matin un camion- benne grue vient la vider -bruit

Appartement idéalement situé pour les congrÚs

Cet appartement est idéalement situé en plein Carré d'Or, à 3 ou 4 minutes à pied du Palais des Festival. Parfait pour participer aux différents congrÚs qui se déroulent à Cannes. Le salon est meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, la chambre, qui donne sur l'arriÚre de l'immeuble, est trÚs calme. Seule la cuisine mériterait un petit rafraßchissement !

"Appartement tres lumineux, confortable et tres centrale. Nous nous sommes tout de suite senti chez nous. Les proprietaires sont tres agreable ainsi que la personnes qui nous a acceuilli a Cannes. Le seul probleme est que l''appartement n''etait pas partaitement propre a notre arrive (salle de bain, toilette, cuisine, tables...) bien qu''on a paye pour le menage."

Very quick beach-access within 2 minutes walk, and best shopping streets all around (Croisette for designer stores & famous Hotels, rue d'Antibes, local produce markets, bakeries, cafes, bars, cinemas)
Absolutely no car needed. Day and Night.
