Deluxe 3br 3 Bath Condo - Book Your Winter Outdoor Activity Fun !

This mountain vacation home is minutes from world class ski resorts. Six miles from Powder Mountain and 14 miles from Snowbasin. We are in building #10 in the Moosehollow luxury condos, approx one hour drive from Salt Lake City in the small town of Eden with shopping amenities and super welcoming locals. Spacious and comfortable accommodations that will sleep six people. Flat screen TVs, cable set up, and wireless internet connection. Fireplace in main living area and an amazing mountain view that is hard to beat!

Parking is outside the front entry way to the building, the front door to the condo is on the ground floor of the building. There is a storage cupboard for skis/boards/sleds/boots etc right next to the front door.

The front door enters into the living room and kitchen with access to the upper deck from the living room. There is a double bedroom and bathroom on the same level. The kitchen area has a double sink, microwave, fridge, stove and is fully loaded. The living area has two couches, gas fire place and TV.

Downstairs is a master bedroom with on-suite bathroom and there is an outside entryway from the master bedroom to the BBQ area. There is a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower. The utility room with washer and dryer, boiler, etc is downstairs.

There is a pool with a couple of hot tubs,a fitness room, game room and clubhouse. There is also an outside BBQ.

Winter Guests - Six miles from Powder Mountain with 3000 acres of lift assisted skiing and 7000 acres including back country skiing, cat and heli skiing available. Powder Mountain bus shuttle leaves from Moose Hollow complex. Twenty minutes drive from Snow Basin, both family friendly and some of the best skiing and snow conditions, great variety of runs with two gondolas and world class lodges! Five minutes from Nordic Valley which has fun night skiing.

Summer Guests - Champion golf right next to Moose Hollow. Superb mountain biking and road biking. Great running trails. Snow Basin has summer gondola rides on weekends for hiking up to Mount Ogden and great downhill mountain biking. There is also good mountain biking around Pineview Lake, Green Pond Trailhead and in Wheeler Creek. Breathe in the pure mountain air while hiking/biking in spectacular scenery.

Pineview Reservoir is great for fishing, boating, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming or just sitting by the beach.
