Maison de famille à proximité de Foix.

L'accueil fut sympathique par la propriétaire. Les points positifs demeurent sur le jardin et la terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes et le château de Foix... et bien entendu la piscine et surtout le jacuzzi. Chambres et literies correctes. Petite déception quant à la décoration et les équipements un peu vétustes mais fonctionnels, de style années 60-70. Un coup de rafraîchissement serait nécessaire pour en faire une véritable villa, surtout pour la cuisine et les papiers peints de l'étage. Quelques grincements et frottements de portes à signaler. Salles d'eau un peu exiguës. Pas de doubles vitrages aux fenêtres. Proximité immédiate d'une route passante. Nous avons tout de même passé de bonnes vacances.

Maison agréable

Très belle extérieur. Belle vue,l'équipement piscine et jaccuzi est TOP. La cuisine extérieur est un réel plus .Cependant la route est un peu passante. Pour l intérieur ça manque un peu de place pour 14 personnes.(salon petit) Cuisine un peu vieillissante. Literie propre et correct. Douche petite. Maison idéale pour se retrouver entre amis ou famille.

Bonne situation,mais en bord de rue passante

bel extérieur ,vue sur le château , rue très passante et bruyante.equipements exterieurs piscine,jaccuzi ...très bien. Literie très moyenne, moquette chambres defraichie .l'interieur a besoin d' un rafraîchissement
